Reasonable explanation as we have oil-dipped clutch systems in our motor bikes. But I am hearing it for the first time failing to warm-up engine may cause clutch not to function properly. Just wondering.

Man I love GS engine, acceleration, comfort and cruising. I never rode it personally but tried it few times without riding it.

If you guys are wondering how I can comment without riding, well I have observed GS closely on the roads. Hi yeh shoq....

The way this bike accelerate and cruise between 70cc & 125 bike's I get feeling a jet is running on runway. Silent smooth engine no noise no sounds something similar to Toyota Prius engine soundless.

Damn GS is a silent beast. Anyone know Asus ROG laptops slogan? It is a perfect match for GS

"THEY WILL NEVER KNOW WHAT HIT THEM"

Imagine this slogan is being used by Pak Suzuki for GS

"THEY WILL NEVER KNOW WHO CROSSED THEM"

Looking at the shape and weight of GS150, shouldn't people address it as a HE instead of a SHE

Well i was used to Sprinter and that had the best gearbox i've used in all paki bikes (the ones ive had experience with), and it had no issues whether i was starting it after a week or whatever. I think ill have to warm this bike up before riding it.. have to be more careful now.

On a side note, the CG125 and the CD70 have the most TERRIBLE gearboxes i've ever had the displeasure of operating.. just unbearable, even CD100 has a very notchy gear shift. I'm not hating on these bikes i'm just giving my views. I could be wrong Cheers

So uv got a black beauty too gr8!
I touched 90 kmph today on my Cg, after all one can not bear for long twisting the throttle on cg and man o man... u really feel awkward above 80kmph!

Let me clear u, there is no extra ordinary engine vibration in this bike... not too much vibration in the foot rest, but the front end is so light.. that u feel like a bicycle is being driven at speed! Hahaha...

The front end behaves in a funny way... lol.

Apparently after trying it once, it seems that this bike is not designed to be maxed at full speed.

Top speed choro yr... enjoy the bike in its safe limitss.. these are econo bikes (gs too) designed to take a person from A to B. These are designed for max reliability, not performance. Maybe the new CGs have lesser vibrations but yrrr.. just take a ride of a GS. Meray sath bhi yehi masla thaa.. and anyways, you cannot go to a honda after trying a suzuki(local bikes). Smooth gear shift, vibration-less engines, fuel efficient, qualified mechanics... simply too much to lose for reliability. BUT I would still recommend cg to anyone who asks me they want a powerful troublefree bike.

After keeping junoon for so long mene bhi honda koi khushi sey nai lia... bs isi expectation men lia ha k I might have to sell it soon so resale would count, plus reliability with services...

Otherwise, no doubt suzuki is way better

    Ok,
First, regarding rear brake issue, i hope you get it rectified easily. But if you can't then custom thicker leathers are way to go.
Rear drum is little bigger than it should be which requires to push the pedal down more to brake which results in not so good rear brake.
When Suzuki mechanic told he couldn't do anything about it as replacing the drum/shoes won't help because they will be same size, so i went to kharadia as the last resort. He removed the stock leathers from the shoes and got extra thick leathers attached on them. These leathers were almost twice thicker than brand new stock leathers. So thick that the brake shoe assembly didn't fit back into the drum. Then he peeled off extra thickness of leathers on his machine while rotating them. He kept peeling off 1mm at a time till they were shaved enough to fit back into drum. And all this resulted in perfectly thick leathers according to the drum requirement and as you can imagine, the result is superb. Total cost of this process was 350 rupee, which is same as getting new OEM shoes.
I couldn't take pics at that time. If i have the chance i'll take and share here.
