I checked the battery and the gifted mechanic had filled it TO THE BRIM, matlab upper level say bhi koi 2 3 cm upar.
    sad to know
these mechanics just fill the batteries looking from top, they never bother with min/max levels mentioned on side of the battery.
but how did it happen even if the battery was over-filled? what about battery breather pipe? is it properly attched to battery? over flowing acid should just fall down through that pipe instead of ruining the bike.

I am not sure what would be the proper solution for exhaust. wait for experts opinion

Well a sound reason could be k bike fell on the right side today LOL didn't damage any parts or even scratch anything alhamdulillah, laken meray khyal say thats the only reasonable explanation for this. breather pipe is attached fine i checked that.

BTW the bike has been driven 150kms now and after the first 50KM(a lot of vibrations above 5K rpm), it's getting more and more smooth, power delivery is also becoming much linear, no hiccups or "missing". Clutch bhi set ho gaya hai exactly the way i wanted(same as my Sprinter). Can't wait to feel even more difference after 1st oil change

Fuel consumption during running: in 5L the bike hit reserve after 90KMs, manual says reserve is 2.3L which means its likely 2.5L. So the bike is averaging 36 KMPL, i assume its fine during running? (my sprinter did 38KMPL during running).

EXPERIENCE UPDATE I'm having a hard time keeping my nerves in check, the hand just wants to twist the throttle all the way. But still, i haven't done it. Max i took it is till 7K RPM and i felt the engine definitely starts to give its full potential at higher rpms.

36 Kmpl is a very good average in running period. i used to get 32 kmpl. max rpm for the first 1000 kms was 5. never went above that. it was a hard job but i am glad i did the running well. i hope you enjoy riding it

Its a totally different machine than the CG, deluxe and all other production bikes. Its definitely in its own class

If acid fell on chrome part of exhaust then try turtle chrome polish on the area, Turtle might remove that stain.

Even at low revs its very good. The engineers have really setup the engine very well on this bike! cant wait to give it a full twist of the throttle. haha but just 170KM driven till now

This is some thing new i think. The chasis are undr the handle bar doesnt have room to weld such hooks for more safty. These were installed at the footrest pipe and main stand.. this makes bike static on main stand but it is surely hard to put a lock there.. practice may reduce effort. Comments needed.

it is really hard to lock it like that. better is to lock the bike with chain which will take less effort and more safety. but i salute the guy who gave this idea of the lock on the chassis

Good Idea, once placed with Unity Lock will be bit safer
It seems similar with Using Clutch Bar in vehicle. One has to sit in door and lock the Clutch and Brake Pedals ..

@gull_s_777 Whoa!! that's a massive difference man! must be 1cm difference between them at least right? the OEM one looks really thin in front of that. I have felt that the rear brake has to be pressed really far down for it make any effect, so hopefully this solution cures that? i have to get this done. BTW have you seen the front leathers? wo sai hain? and thanks a lot for the reference pictures

btw i heard there's a shop on murree road that sells custom leathers especially designed for the GS150. They cost 450 but people report they're much better than the stock ones, unhon nay bhi yehi solution nikala hoga phir?
