I'm not trying to be rude here but... This very same question has been asked here dozens of times... And all ended abruptly WITHOUT ANY CONCLUSIONS! Its a great idea to search the threads thats already been made before starting a new one... But be warned, you'll get even more confused...! Fact.
As for which one is better... Well, among 100cc bikes; Honda has slightly better build quality but poor performance, Suzuki has slightly better sound and performance but vibrates and DYL is roughly the same as Suzuki performance wise but I found them vibration less and sound less... Quality is poor on the Suzuki and even poorer on the DYL...
Keep in mind that these are my 'first hand' personal experiences... Not something I heard over the internet... GD110? They're close to a 125/150cc bikes price wise so shouldn't be compared with the chaps I've mentioned earlier...
There're Chinese stuff too. Like Unique 100 and I regularly see them pulling motorcycle rickshaws without breaking a sweat... Much like a 2-Stroke Suzukis So quality and performance must be better then other Chonda's... I've never personally ridden one though so can't comment, sorry.
    Peace.

@mansor, as far as my opinion is concerned; you should go for Pridor and make your life easy by getting excellent road grip, comfort, good fuel average and good height. While the other bike Suzuki raider do not provide you all of these but only speed.

Pridor is family bike with long seat while Suzuki raider has short seat.

Mansor bhai the best option is definitely Pridor 100
Cheaper easy to maintain easy parts availability at honda 1s parts dealers
and parts will be cheaper as compare to suzuki

Honda Pridor gives great comfort smooth & powerful riding experience and also very fuel efficient
there are some issues present in Pridor which are common issues you will find in every pridor engine
such as 2nd gear khattak sound issue & kir kir some times can be heard in low gears but i tell you
once you get use to your ride these issues won't disturb at all and you won't listen such noises often
when you have good control riding your bike

Kindly elaborate how the raider wont give: excellent road grip(for our local rossis), good fuel average(really?), good height(raider/sprinter have the highest seat in local bikes with a seat height of 31 inches).

So please do not mislead him by giving wrong facts and figures.

Brother go for pridor its a honda with a comfortable ride and fuel efficient engine. Looks good too.

Raider is 10k more expensive and its parts will cost more. Plus mechanics will be hard to find. Only reason people buy raider over pridor is the power

Brother Similar problem, 2 month Back I was much confused after lots of discussion on PW, friends, Phone calls, Feedbacks,
But finally Got HONDA PRIDOR (and satisfied from it)

    Key Points:

    Pridor Pros:
    1. Less Vibration
    2. Fuel Efficient (ruff use @50 Kmpl)
    3. Sales, Service, Spare Parts, Machanic available everywhere
    4. Economical

    Cons:
    1. Top Speed 85kmph
    2. 2nd Gear Khatak sound (just annoying sound no issue)
    3. Poor Paint quality

You sould take pridor or On the other Hand GD-110
    Price difference is almost 25,000
If no issue on price for for GD-110 otherwise only 1 choince Pridor (86,000 Rs.)

One thing is for sure, Honda have better distribution network and maintenance network all over Pakistan. I have Honda Cd 100 (2010 Model) i think it is the best bike i have driven till now, strong road grip and excellent performance. Now Honda's Mechanic are learning that how to repair 100, but in 2010, when i bought it most of the mechanics refuses to work on it. Plus one plus point that in Honda 100, you will find original spare parts, copy are not present.
For longer period of time + if you know much about the bikes and can run after mechanic to fix everything for you then = Suzuki Raider
For shorter period of time + peace of mind = Honda Pridor.
