Default Considering DYL-125, What do you think?

    "ASSAN TEH HONDA I LESAN"

Yes, I like Honda too but I don't like buying the same thing that everyone buys, it gets boring. If I had the cash I would go for CBR150 but maybe another day.

So I'm interested in DYL 125; it has the highest power to weight ratio in the 125cc category in Pakistan, it has nice looks and if a
Dhoom 70 is known for better pick'' and beats cd-70s in racing then dyl 125 shouldn't be a bad machine either.

I don't care for resale value, I want driving value . I like CG Deluxe but I feel that it needs a 150cc engine. Also I hear dyl 125 is a comfortable ride, not some tiring horseback riding like on CG-125.

Then Piaggio, it's impressive to see this Italian machine in Pak, but I get put off by the round headlights , I will just get alloywheels on this dyl machine.

    So, any advice - comments?

So you are just leaving Piaggio because of its round light??? Huh!

ADVICE: Do not waste your money on DYL 125 instead go for a Piaggio or a GS 150 (lights can be change).

Rest its your money your choice.

have not you seen new CG Dream launched by atlas honda?
i think its much better option than this DYl 125 whose manufactures
provides none after sales service waise bhi DYl is almost dying its not
good to buy their bike CG Dream is much better option and as you said
you like honda bikes so CG Dream is best option for you and its fast

i won't recommend piaggio as they also just sale bike and provide none after sale support
no spare part buy only if you are in lahore & GS150 has poor quality

Same old push rod OHV engine. Pl choose OHC engine that has better efficiency with more silence.

There are some Atlas Honda fan boys who will recommend that crap to every member asking opinion.

Search the forums and you will get your answer in a more appropriate and convinced way !!

    I would recommend:

    1. Suzuki Sprinter or raider
    2. Suzuki GS150
    3. Ravi Piaggio 125

There is no spare parts issue, its just a hoax created by blind fan boys to give "Sahara to their dobti kashti"

Its all about your taste, go to some one who already has it or a dealer. Take a test drive and you will get an idea. I wanted to buy DYL 125 also as its cheaper brand new compared to Deluxe but any problem was I did not find any at all in Multan , not even a new one. So ended up buying Deluxe. My point is do what you want, take a test drive, if you are satisfied with bike go for it. And enjoy.

I agree, If round headlight is an issue then you can consider something like this.

I do like Piaggio, there's this general /atypical feel of quality because of the venture with Italian Piaggio, and yes the round headlight is a childish thing. But really - DYL-125 weighs 98kg , is a comfortable ride vs discomfort on heavier CG-125, and it has more power-weight ratio than Piaggio, Deluxe. Another point is that if you buy a DYL product you are supporting a more or less 100% Pak producer - the rest are all or in Part foreign...

Suzuki, being powerful with gs 150 is attractive in that aspect but this bakwas is only setup to run to 120km/h ? with that extra power they should set the gearratios to allow 140km+ also I hate the looks on this bike, it's monster from some sewerage... :l

I actually looked this up. Go to atlas honda website, they show that ALL their non-heavy bikes have OHV engines so there's no difference in the engine of a CG-125 and DYL-125. Correct me if I'm wrong ???

    I share your feelings.

    Comments:
While this is a super-hot bike when it comes to looks and the front disk-brake feature, a Honda 125-clone engine turns me off big time. Its engine isn't a result of Yamaha engineering, but a clone engine sourced from China.

    Looks are mouth-watering.

    Good luck.
