    Default Black Animal ( Deluxe )

    After selling CG Dream in 97K I've bought DELUXE once again, this time I've modified it with sprockets, Bigger CDI Unit of CG 125, replaced it's carburetor with CG 125 Classic's carburetor but bike started missing at higher RPM's ( I thought CG is faster than Deluxe so there might be some role of Carburetor in it but I was wrong Deluxe Carburetor has 15 Jet Carb while CG Euro 2 & CG Dream has 14 Jet Carb so I put back Deluxe Carb on it and now bike is Okay ) it is performing awesome and reaching top speed of 118km/h. Before modification it hardly achieve 95km/h. I didn't did any kind of running/break-in operation to the bike, just bought it and punished it at the spot and it is doing well. Let me gather all the modifications at one place

    1. Front & Rear Sprockets changed with CG Euro2 sprockets ( gear ratio of bike increased with this, 5th gear is now effective to bike and gives engine power of 1 complete gear, before changing sprockets 5th gear only provide rest to the engine, Bike's Vibration is reduced to a surprising limit )

    2. Bigger CDI unit installed in it ( bike is receiving full current now, RPM is reaching at it's top 11 in all gears now )

    3. Chrome Muffler installed ( Bike is throwing it's exhaust with full pressure outside )

    4. Iridium plug installed ( Bike is not breaking current at top speeds even )

    5. Removed foam from it's Air Filter ( Bike is getting extra air blow in the filter )

    Khan Bhai.....i recently bought 13 model deluxe, MasAllah the ride is perfect except the fuel guage. fuel guage needle fluctuate when i press brake or turn indicator ON, variation in reading is also there, please guide me about this

    Khan bhai do all 3 bikes (deluxe, 125 Dream and 125 Classic) have same silencer or different in size?

    I know Deluxe does, it is longer than cg 125. But I am not sure about cg dream.

    Deluxe definitely sounds differenr than the regular Cg. Better in my opinion(much sharper sound)

    cg deluxe does not have longer exhaust the sound cg deluxe and cg classic is different bcoz cg deluxe have tinner rings

    I use to have both, and I liked the sound of euro 2 better. Deluxe isnt as noisy as Cg is.

    ** Deluxe muffler is different from CG125 & CG Dream, it has different length, different vendor, different sound code (KTA) ** CG125 & CG Dream have same length, same 3 vendors and same sound code (KYH)

    Khan bhai can the whole front of deluxe be fitted in cg classic ? Basically i want disc setup my mechanic says k bike control nai ho paye gi coz deluxe front is more inclined than classic

    Deluxe front is longer than Classic. You will have to cut off the fork shafts a few Millimeters. Also, don't forget the rest of the costs, as it won't be cheap.
    Here is a vague list of components you will be needing:
    - Disk Plate
    - Caliper (Hydraulic Operated - NOT the wire operated)
    - Master Cylinder
    - Brake Liver along-with the complete asymbly (to fit the hydraulic system)
    - Hose
    - One (left) fork leg with Caliper Mounting (left fork leg, to fit the disk brake on left side. Rear brake is on right side. It'll balance the bike on high speed braking)
    - 2.75-18 Tyre of Dexlue, along with compatible Wheel/Rim (It'll add to stability of disk brake).

    Basically, its well above 15k worth of expenses. Tension alag.

    If i were you, i won't waste my time on it, unless there is too much of free time

    Basically its an idea to discuss to do as diy thing my bike is 2010 model in very good condition all i want to get good breaking experience as all u know simple back break doesn't work in cg well (due to weight issues or others) so we need to mix both front and back breaks

    Khan bhai 1st muje apka cell number chahie agar app ko bura na lage tu.app se kuch discuss karna hai
    2nd khan bhai mein ne deluxe latest graphics k 2 bike change kar lei bcoz of top speed issue.har new deluxe pe ye ok wala sticker nahee tha.is that matter?

    @ oceanbedi my cell # 0333-6982008 Abdur Rehman ** OK check sticker ( crank case pe laga hota hai ) bike per factory say lag kar nahi aata, ye dealers ko via courier bhaijay jatay hain, jo baad mein khud lagaye jatay hain, aksar dealer nahi bhi lagatay, but is OK check say koi fark nahi parta ** main deluxe ki launch late 2005 se ab tak kisi shooter deluxe ki talash mein laakhoan rupay barbad kar chuka houn, lekin iski top speed itni hi hai, haan modification kar ke main ne 117km/h achieve ki hai,

    I tried long time ago but that wasn't a great idea though, you have to change the T-Bar and shorten the length of the rods. Try to get YD125 Sport front bolt to bolt fit no alteration required.
