Default How to take care of a newly purchased bike?

Please tell me what to ensure after getting a brand new bike? For example i heard it is better not to drive it too fast and no double sawari etc. I ll be grateful for your kind guidance.

If there is any thread on the subject already here, kindly direct me too.

    Regards~

Thank you for your valued comments. Worthy members are requested to help me as I am very novice to bike. Some friend were asking me not to buy a new bike as it is better to get a used one for learning. A new one gets damaged. I need help as I don't want to spoil my new pridor.
