    Welcome to the forum...
About your question, Well, I'm 'mostly' a Honda fan but I rarely see a Pridor on road to be honest... So resale value (if you're concerned about it) will be poor. Secondly, Pridor/CD100 Engine is home designed by AHL (Well, so I'm told by an AHL Dealer) and hence is not on par with Japanese designed CG125 and CD70's.
Owners regularly complain about its clunky gears (specially the Second gear), noisy valve train, knocking chain & tappets and engine overheating and overall harsh ride quality... Not to mention it sounds pretty boring! GhrGhrGhr if you know what I mean! Like a CD70 on steroids!
Then there's DYL Janoon which should be avoided at any cost... Then there's Suzuki Raider which has a nice engine but overall owner impressions are moot... Lets not forget GD110 but for that price you could get a CG125 which is a well proven design which Honda has been chucking out since the 70's... Now THATS well proven!
100cc class is pretty... Pointless here IMO. I would advise you to save up some more and get a trusted CG125...
Rest is up to you, friend.

I disagree with the point mentioned in above post regarding Honda Pridor because I'm owner of this bike and I used very ruff and tested every Aspect of Bike, and i'm satisfied with my bike,
But If you have 1 Lakh Budget then just extent 10k and GO for Suzuki GD-110 (Superb Bike),

During my purchase I take feedback from many peoples and most of the people recommend me GD-110 or Pridor (Price Difference is almost 23k)

Pridor all the way. Best bike in 100 cc with good mileage. Good road grip.
By the way if you will make your mind for GD be sure about it's mileage before buy bcoz on forum many members are not satisfied with GD mileage.

Also check the availabity of GD mechanics, cost of parts and resale.

    Still Pridor is good option
Resale is low but all 100CC category bikes have low resale.
Power is good, maintenance is no problem.

That phur phur is actually a decent which looks ok to ear. Top speed 2 persons 97 km I achieved. Without any doubt 50 to 57 kmpl pridor can give.

I rode a pridor to pir sohawa yesterday. It surprised me with its performance. Not as good as my sprinter but definitely a boost over any 70/78cc bike. Plus, zero vibration. And i mean zero. Even my 150 isnt as vibrationless. Very calm and comfortable bike

    Pillion.

Most impressive thing was how quiet the engine is. Even on slopes it didnt scream like my sprinter it was just so smooth and quiet.. its relaxing and doesnt feel like it is struggling. On a calm road this bike would be perfect.
