you are spending too much time trying to hammer the engine into the frame, the problem with your approach is that the frame you are using is full cradle with a very peculiar engine mount.

anyway - you can still put it there, for that you will need to make some heavy mods. firstly you need to measure the centre axle height compared to the front legs of the frame and the top too. Once done you need to fabricate a new mount bracket for the bottom and remove the original kawasaki frame bracket that is welded to the spine. You can make new brackets for the front and top mounts easily once you get the back of the engine installed.

the CG125 frame is one where engine is stressed member, meaning its part of the frame bracing, the kawi frame you have is not, its a cradle frame.

if you can shoehorn the engine to sit between in the cradle then you need to make a heavy steel mount bracket for the rear bolts, to accomplish this you need to keep the rear swing arm pivot exactly where it is - ergo measure it correctly - not just futta and feeta but correctly make a jig that can hold a centering piece over the axle hole. that way you can place it back on exact spec after you have welded in the new bracket for your engine.

If your cradle does not allow it then you need to modify the frame to be like the international market Honda H100S/H125S frame. you already know the H100 frame is same as CG but with missing front leg, the international models had the leg.

c'mon you are a custom builder - its easy as cake.

Tabahi machaye howi hai frame k saht Good Going!

engine ghus tu gya hai frame me but its to high it has to be lowered at least ~2' to align with the Chimta (Engine sprocket - choti garari) must be in line with your rear chimta or else chain will grind and eat your Chimta.. or may get snaped...

also engine Oil pan must be parrallel to the ground when frame is standing on its tyres or else the Oil pump will starve and will not be able to feed the head with oil hence an engine seize...

These were first 2 things that came in my mind as well. Front sprocket should be in alignment of rear sprocket or the chain won't move freely. 2nd thing is engine balance. it should be horizontally straight so oil can flow properly.
3rd thing about the head bolts it should be properly centered and i recommend that you weld those hooks at the end I mean after fitting the engine at the bottom. It will decide its location itself.

Yes going fine Piaggio frame is the simpler frame.

here is the tricky or you may say fun part , when i try to place rear upper mount of engine in to frame's upper mount , the heads bolt strikes to the piece of pipe i had earlier removed . i need to remove it and whats bothering me is that any work regarding to head will cost me to remove the engine from frame. front mounts are going to be easy peasy . one mount will be re fabricated

so what are the updates hid, from thead what I learn that ur are still in the design fase so far... from Pics I understand you need to move the engine further forward to use some spance from above also to maintain the COG on a reasonable position.

Vicky bhai actually i m doing this at my own so using stock mount is a sort of majburi at the moment , secondly sir the thing is as i have said about r.p and gs frame who have a taller main frame are much roomy as compared to the simple n straight 2s chasis , so now an improved and re enforced pr re fabricated main frame is needed, which should be tall nd roomy as gs nd rp frames , or the easiest solution is to screw this frame n get a new cg frame and bolt on engine fit . Tension khatam , but this inqilab is testing my patience to limits m running out of time
