Thumbs up My helmet integrated audio system from normal headphones...

    AOA,

Lets Create an helmet integrated audio system from normal pair of headphones.. All you need is below

1). Normal Head Phones (300 Rs)
    2). Foam (From old Packing)
    3). UHU
    4). Caesar or Cutter

My 1st priority is to do all this without damaging my helmet so take a deep breath & think before doing so finally foam did the job This was my gift so i don't want to do any sort of damage ....

All this effort is to get good quality sound during riding & some urgent call on long/short tours. I am very much allegatic from ear lobs headphone because they will give u pain on long tour & also each time when you remove helmet they will also drop so economically & under budget i tried experiment on my helmet..

    Result:
Alhumdulillah successfully get the desire result & happy to do experiment...

    Let me share some pics...

Well, here is a simple solution, take a good quality handsfree and plug it in your one ear while driving the motorcycle. I think it will be more than enough as i am also music lover and i can't drive without music. This is my simple technique.

Well this can be quite dangerous! Although due to my long commute I also wanted to try such thing. but have never done.

I only approve of ur experiment if u keep ur head phone volume low, so that you can still hear horns + if u have rear view mirrors installed and u r very very good at using them!

If u don't have rear view mirrors or u haven't yet learnt to properly use them.. then deafening urself with head phones is a suicide mission!

    Safety first plz!

    An improvement suggestion.
Rather than using the chord, I think if you mount F-Jack on helmet, you can get rid of chord, if not using headphones
    Do it before you die.
