    Default Sprinter 110 Help

Guy i have bought used suzuki sprinter eco 110cc one week ago. It was only used 1000kms

I have made it tune and changed the engine oil, wheel Thru done, from my mechanic.

Its pick is good but the bike has no smoothness as compared to my 70cc bike

i feel like pushing a jammed machine with me as i accelerate

Went to my mechanic again for that issue, but he said bike is running ok

priviously i have never experienced suzuki bikes, so i am little disapointed with this issue

Kindly guide me to resolve the smoothness issue.

Your comments shall be highly appreciated

Switching to Sprinter from 70cc, the major change you feel is the accelerator. It will always be feel like jam initially. Suzuki has different butterfly carb. If you observe closely there is a big spring attached to the carb and the accelerator cable is attached to it just like in any carburetor car.

You will have to bear it for few days and then you will get used to it. For now just try to give it some WD-40. But let me assure you, when you get use to Sprinter's accelerator, you will find 70 accelerator annoying as it is so light in twist that give no pleasure of ride (as I feel).

Sprinter is altogether a different bike and if you are new to Suzuki's then it will take some time to understand their nature.

Let me know if you feel any other issue, I have also Sprinter and I am really enjoying it for last 3 years. Initial 6 months was horrible but patience at that time now paying me.

Ofcource running style of Suzuki is little bit different from 70 and at initial stage u will feel it heavy. But after some time you will become use to of it. By the time you will enjoy its drive more and more.

But keep in mind always change oil /oil filter at proper time & use quality engine oil.
....It is supposed to be automatic, but actually you have to push this button ....

Quality engine oil means zic 4t 20w40 grey or black colored box & after first tuning of your bike. speed up your bike & push it hard gradually then your bike engine will starts loosing & become free then you can enjoy its ride.in starting all new suzuki bikes have very tight engine

I felt smoothness after 2000kms on my GS-150 and during this period I changed oil 3 times, first at 500kms, 2nd at 1000kms, and third at 1500kms, after 1500kms I dragged to to 70-80km/h....
Also check the plug, the stock plug coming with Suzuki is crap. I changed it to a good one (much much better than the stock) and it became more smoother. It was NGK-CR8EGP. Not sure if this one will fit in Sprinter. You can check in market, it is easily available.

I dont think it is wrong plug, fitting perfectly and smoothness is super awesome. I already tried Denso which Suzuki recommended the same model but it did not make any difference at all. It is just like stock plug.

Zic is not best Oil (over rated only) as I also tried it in my Raider and result was bad. I was not satisfied with the bike running on Zic, so you also please try GTX or Havoline 20W50 Oil hopefully you will feel smooth drive.
Most importantly tune your Suzuki with only authorized Suzuki mechanic.
