800 watts means 1 horse power motor! This needs to be at least 4000 watts or 4KW or 5.36bhp motor...

If the motor really is 800watts... it would definitely fry trying to reach 60kmph. And would have a really tough time pulling one person only

Its a kid's scooty in disguise of an adult one...

    A 20 AH battery:
Discharging rate: 20 Amps per hour
Charging rate : 8 Amps per hour
if battery is charged for 6 hours: 48 Amps consumed (might be battery will not be fully charged in 6 hours after continue usage as the efficiency of charging rate decreases)
If the supply voltage is 230V, the power in watts is V * I. Thus a 2 amp load is 460W so,
Total electricity used for 6 hours: 11040 Amps
One unit of electricity is an average power of 1kW for 1 hour
Units used in one charge of 6 hours: 11
If one unit cost Rs 10 including all direct taxes, indirect taxes, bank & service charges
one day cost/one charge cost : Rs 110
If one day travel is 80KM so cost of 1 KM is Rs.1.375
    Monthly cost : Rs 3300
    Yearly cost: Rs 39600
after 15 months a new battery will be required which will be of Rs 15000
so next year cost would be: Rs 54600
So next year per KM cost would be: Rs 2/KM
if your current cost is at least above than Rs 4/KM then you should go for this ride
Note: raining/Dew can be disaster for winding in motor& battery packs(until unless the equipment is waterproof)
If your petrol bike gets broken while riding you can get to any mechanic , incase of Electronic bike you would have to drag it!

I have seen electronic bikes in market in year 2011-2012 these were being imported by somebody else with the same identical designs but speed/torque no doubt are improved in the bikes imported by TazTrading

The charging is one unit / 70 km.

    Charger specs 80 v *3 ah=
    240 w * 6 hours = 1,440 watts or 1.4 kW

I hope this answers your question
The above specification "80 v" is of charger not the charging rate of the battery. A mobile charger is usually of 5V running on 220v-240v and consumes 0.7Amp to 2.5Amp depending on charger but charge rate of the battery is always lesser than the rate of charger that's why our cell phones take hours for charging from 0% to100%. In the same way the battery inside the mobile has discharge rate(output) 2200mAh/2.2Amp depending upon the battery capacity. The battery drained very quickly then charging as having more discharge rate and consistent supply. You can check your mobile phone charger and battery of your mobile phone for reference.
V does not show the power consumption, the power consumption is measured by the amps consumed by the appliance. Same example goes for your laptop charger of 20V. Thus this is technically not possible that 80V producing charger has a output rate of only 3Ah. And a 3Ah charger will take at least 16 hours to charge a 60V20AH battery.

    1) Charger voltage(V) is not equal to the Voltage(V) of battery
    2) Charger output 80V 3Ah is not charging rate of battery
    3) Charge rate of battery is not equal to charger output
    4) Charge rate of battery is always lesser than the discharge rate and output rate of charger.
    5) Lesser the charge rate more time will be taken by the battery to charge.
    6) More time will take more Amps, and these Amp will be consumed at the "output rate of charger" not charge rate of battery.
    7) A 100V of charger usually have half Amp rating i.e. 40 to 50amp, same in case of mobile charger & laptop. So if the charger is of 80V then it would be having output rate of at least 25AH

I hope this will clear your confusion and confusion of K-Electric consumers.
