    Default importing bike

Hi experts.. I have few questions

1st : My bro got Kawasaki Ninja 250 2013 model in America in around 2000$ its like 2lakh rs if i import iit it will cost more than 6-7 lakh rs with custom duty.. Question is that what if i import thT bike without engine? Do i still have to pay the custom duty?

Secondly there is a bike in china of rs 90'000 and its 250cc also is the tax is same for china too?

Ask your brother to send a "HAYABUSA" Body! Then fit a "CD70" engine inside it...

I think if the bike is in his name for more than 6 months and he is staying there for more than 1 year, he can send it or bring it under gift scheme. Try to explore this idea further.
