Default I want to take a "MOTORCYCLE MECHANIC COURSE" in Lahore. Help required.

I'm planning on going back aboard soon and I was wondering if there're any institutes in Lahore where I could take a motorcycle mechanic course... Preferabily 3 Months or less?
Thing is, mechanics charge a LOT in U.S. I bought an old 92 DR350 when I first visited States for around $900 in non-running condition. The workshop charged me $200 (roughly 20,000 rupees) just for a complete engine tune-up and oil/fluids, rear tire, few gaskits and brake pads change...! That was a bit RIDICULOUS. Some shops even quoted me $350! And if thats not enough, vehicle insurance is a NECESSITY by United States federal government and one CANNOT drive a NON-INSURED vehicle there legally.
So needless to say, vehicle ownership is WAY TOO EXPENSIVE and I'm willing to do atleast basic maintenance by my own to save on cash...
Any help shall be highly appreciated.

I think service manual for your required midel may work better for you as a course may not cover anything bigger than 100cc or 125

You're mostly right but I going to buy a simple 2v air cooled single cylinder carbed bike along the lines of XT250 or maybe a DR650... These bikes won't be much different than our CG's and CD's...
