I would recommend a Chinese bicycle pump, preferably the light one with plastic base, but I am not sure about its availability anymore. You can still but Chinese made short steel pump. These are available at Nila Gumbad (نیلا گنبد) for Rs.300 - Rs.500.
The steel/plastic gauge is Chinese, I bought a few years ago for Rs.60. Its inaccurate and moody, shows pressure with a 5 lbs. to 15 lbs. difference. I don't use it.
The brass gauge is Pakistani and works, shows about 2 lbs. more than actual pressure. I bought it in 2008 for about Rs.100. Fits nicely next to the pump with a wide rubber band.
These are also available at Nila Gumbad (نیلا گنبد).
I would not recommend dial gauge, unless you buy an expensive one, for at least Rs.500.
Whichever gauge you buy, do a comparison test. Go to a good car workshop with professional pressure gauge (usually digital) and check for different tyre pressures. You have to check for at least three(or six) different pressure settings:
1- Front tyre pressure cold (and warm);
2- Rear tyre pressure cold (and warm) single;
3- Rear tyre pressure cold (and warm) with pillion rider.
For any acceptable gauge the difference should be uniform.
