Default 2 Questions about bike safety

    Aoa,

I have two questions about bike safety.

    1. Where can i buy protective gear for knees and elbows in ISB/RWP? Helmets and gloves are available everywhere but i've never seen gear for knees and elbows on any shop.
If they are locally not available does anybody know some good online shopping website where i can get them at reasonable price.

    2. The protective rod/grill that people install on bike (to keep knees safer if fall down) is quite useful. Why don't manufacturers like Honda, Yamaha etc make it a pre-installed part of bikes.

    Thanks.

@adilsaleem01 Knee and elbow protection is a must in case of sports bikes, the same can be said for local commuting 2 wheelers. Here people use leather jackets to protect themselves from getting their skin peeled off in case of an accident.

If you have driven a cycle this means you already mastered the art of handling 2 wheels.

If you are a novice biker i would suggest driving at speeds under 30 km/hr.Get yourself accustomed to handling and braking/gearshifting etc at slow speeds.

If some pwheeler has bought em at reasonable rates please do comment.

2)Protective road grill is extremely useful in case of a fall as it prevents bike falling over the driver. But people dont like them aesthetically especialy younger generation(as it sort of spoils the looks). It is also useful for carrying shopping bags etc.I havent equipped one yet as i am careful enough and would admit i dont like it.
The one thing that unites all human beings, regardless of age, gender, religion, economic status, is that, deep down inside, we all believe that we are above-average drivers.
