    Smile Tools info required

Can any one guide me all the tools required to do tuning of CG125. I want to do tuning my self, as well as all the other small maintenance and petty issues which arise.

I have no idea about the "number" of chabbis, haddis and T's required so will be really grateful if anyone can list the basic ones required.

Any Goti, Pana and Chaabi of 8mm to 12mm (8, 9, 10, 11, 12) will serve you nicely. It'd be better if you get ALL the tools, and they will serve you not just for bikes, but for many other house tasks.

For tappet adjustment, Post#5 specifies them well.

Thanks for the reply guys.......another name of ring pana is "haddi" (due to it's shape i guess) but i am confused about the numbers.

From which number to which number should i buy they range from 6-24 (chabbis + ring pannas), but only a few of them are actually used.
@mohsinwahhab the combined triple T which you posted, is it enough of some other "number T's" will also be required e.g 6 or 14 ?
Aren't magnet cover tapa nuts of 6 number ?
@abobobilly Bro here is the confusion see you mentioned (8,9,10,11,12) but the nuts of seat are of 13 or 14 number i think and there is hardly a nut of 9 number so am confused with the range

@vicky_boy! You asked tools for "Tunning". Let me specify which tool is used where.

22mm ~ To drain Engine Oil (if i am not mistaken, its 22, or maybe 24, can't remember exactly).
10mm ~ To open up the cover for Air Filter (located on the side, inside side cover)

If you want to adjust tappets as well ...
8mm ~ To open up the Magneto Cover
10mm ~ To open up the Head Cover
10mm ~ Used to adjust the Lock Nut on tappets + That "Adjuster Tool" posted above.
18mm ~ To open up the Spark Plug

BUT, like I said ... its better to get ALL the tools. As a man, you NEED to have proper tools at your house. I have, and i am also trying to bring in the missing ones as well, slowly, but definitely.

    Don't buy "CHEAP" china ones.

Well if you are looking to spend minimum, then you can consider getting Ring Spanner (Ring Pana), only. That should cost you Rs.1000 maximum, for required ones. I mean, a single Ring Spanner has TWO Holes. You can get combos like, 8mm&9mm, 10mm&12mm, 20mm&22mm etc etc.

You will be able to open up: Head/Tappet Cover, Spark Plug, and Engine Oil Drain Nut ONLY.

To open up the the Magneto Cover and Air Filter cover, you are better off buying a Goti Set, with a Goti Extender. Once again, you don't have to buy the complete Set. For good quality, you can get "Raider Goti", which is German Quality but China Maal ... are priced reasonably and are quite durable. (They are of Silver Color, with a Blur Strip around them, and "Raider" name is tagged).

    I hope its enough.
