have you take care of its engine oil changes ?

anyhow is engine oil quantity reduced ?

i would first rule out carb issue ..

Well I experimented last year with different oils and abused it with increased oil change intervals.

Liquid moli > zic 4t > kixx 4t may be this is the root of problem.
Yes last time oil was reduced

I will try to check its carb checked but every hathuuda mechanic is saying ring piston problem.
That's I asked for any honest Honda ustad

One more sign there is black carbon in bikes exhaust pipe.

    Thanks for help

black carbon means unburnt fuel.. ie. rich mixture..
    do below experiment.
start the bike on doble stand..
    start it.. now divide the throttle range in 4 parts.. 0-10 , 10-30, 40-70 , 70 - 100 % of throttle opening ..
apply throttle in every range and see if smoke is coming ?
if its coming in all range then it migth be due to loose ring/piston or leaky valves.. but the smoke should be bluish /whitesh . not pure black..

also check your spark plug against this chart

Tried the method @asjdsm mentioned in shadowy place, Smoke color is blueish (apology for misquoting it earlier). I think this confirms its an ring-piston related issue.

Local mechanics demanding 2500rs for 3 hrs works for all this.
If i purchase the items from makhdoom autos and provide them then the labour will 500-600rs

Talk to the new Euro2 owners. They will let you know about its engine problems. The newer engines barely last you 20k kms, let alone going upto 60k. That goes for both chonda's and hondas.

43k ????? that's double of what they normally last.

mine '11 model 28k ODO gives smoke at extreme full throttle so i usually keep the rpm down and don't look behind

Euro 2 (mid 2012 to aug 2014) was a serious flop the number of claims which Honda dealerships experienced doubled with it as compared to previous years. Not sure about 2015 model though.

i have bought cg125 too its cg dream but as we know it has same engine that cg euro 2 has
i personally seen the bike which is most opened at mechanics for engine work is cg engine
i also doubt on its reliability even some mechanics saying its not reliable engine
but now lets see how it goes with me

i had heard alot of criticism on cd100 engine i bought it worked flawless with me for 20,000 km
after that i sold it i am sure it would have been still performing very well with me if i had kept it
our fellow racer7 pridor still working with no work his bike is 30k+ km's

    Bore = not recommended
    Size 0 piston preferred

get valves and valve stem seals changed as well along with new cylinder and base gasket.

Weak Engine can also give Black Smoke due to low compression but there will be white/blue smoke too along. U may visit Super Autos @ALLama Iqbal Road Near Sadar/DhramPura phatak (Railway Crossing) to have opinion The guy Aslam is one of the famous Honda 3S service Mechanic in Lahore.
