Hey guys,
My ultra slow paced practical mods for GS150 had been stuck up for a few months after I installed an LED projector light. So I thought why not take a slice of half an hour out of my schedule and fix the next item. I had ordered electrically heated handle grips for my bike. These had arrived a week ago.
Yes, heated ones. Very good quality and very effective heating system.
And yes, the wrong item in this weather, but those were just going to sit there and rust anyway.

The first step was to remove the previous grips
Simply inserted the new grips. Was very careful not to twist so that internal heating pads wiring does not break.
Notice that the accelerator grip has the wiring loopped so as to allow it to throttle and not snap the wires.
The switch on the left grip controls the heating level. There are four levels of heat. The highest actually is a bit painful
Next in line is a bluetooth enabled helmet and a waterproof mobile holder with charging so I can make calls and use my cellphone as a GPS tracker on long tours to the northern areas.(if I get the time next year).
