The main thing is to get a good MECHANIC. Jis trah insan ko koi beemari hoti to ACHA DOCTOR mil jay to beemari ruk jati. Khrab milay to bnda gya. Isi trah waqt pr ACHA MECHANIC mil jay to that's just awesome. Na milay to bike ko bnda tord k khud tajarbay kr le pr kisi or ko na krnay de wo b paisay de kr.

Just drive bro. Yeh shuk hota hai shuru mei. Blkay antenna dealer ko check krwao. If masla hua they will replace it if the bike hasn't completed 6 months or 6000kms from the day it was bought.

Mine is 2 months old and driven 2600km, my cousin have same model but he bought 6 months ago, he is a rough driver and uses clutch very extremely, i drove his bike for check and that was better.
Now i assume may be this problem gets better with time. May be clutch plates settle and adjust after prolonged usage.

I mean which bike requires the least maintenance? Is it Honda CG 125?
Because it is said on wikipedia that this bike was specially designed for those people who were poor/bad maintainers and abused their machines.
Purchase any chinese brand 70cc bike. Preferablysuper Power. Unique or Star. Spend around 3 to 4k on that and you are good to go. Replace both tyres with 6 ply rating tyres. Replace the wheel spokes with the ones used in CG 125 tyres.
Replace the headlight with an LED one. And if you want a bit more power, replace the carburettor with a cg 125 carb. Andreplace the chain sprokets with 15 38 size. 15 front and 38 rear. This is more than enough for speed. Power and economy.

I have done all these modifications to my super power sp70 since 3 yeas and I am quite happy. Never gave me trouble. Runs very fast on long route. Touches 120km/h without any vibration. Off course it takes time to reach 120. Its trouble free for me Alhamdulillah.

My bike gives a mileage of around 42 - 45 km per liter.

Planned many times to sale it and buy a used 125 but then changed my mind coz this gives me kinda 125 feeling when accelerating......
