Post Bike's seat and back ache. Are they related?

Hi Friends i have hero 70 bike and the problem i am facing is that its causing me back ache since few days.(i believe)
Now my question is will changing the seat to soft good quality foam do any good?
I got shocks checked (rear front both) from 4 mechanics. All declared them perfect.
Can we adjust the rear shock softness? If so how?
What other steps can i take to make the ride more comfortable and soft?
Any help will be highly appreciated.

U cant solve this problem. Hard suspension and bad riding posture is the reason.

Riding posture is not the issue I believe. As i can feel the seat quite hard.....!!I sit straight on the bike and posture is normal.
Suspension if hard, can it be softened.?

By lower I meant lower than its normal height, if you don't feel stress on shoulders while driving it then it should be normal. Tried adjusting handle?
I have same issue but I feel I have to lean a bit to grab handle so will try lowering seat more.
