Default SP 70 engine skipping acceleration

Dear PWs. I have a Super Power SP 70 2011 12 model. I have been using it for quite some time now. I have been noticing it skipping acceleration when I try to accelerate often. My question is, where and what could be the problem? I have been going back and forth to Mechs but they seem to fix it temporarily but I want to have it fixed properly. I am new to bikes myself and don't want to spend so much that can me another bike.
    Thank you.
