A thing like this already exists. It's called: Honda Super Cub!
Grand Daddy of our CD70s & Chonda 70s! And spiritual father of CD100s and most Chonda 100s that basically use either stroked or bored up CD70 motors! A proven, reliable, indestructable yet economical motorcycle. HANDS DOWN!
Honda only made 2 great bikes in it's entire history: CB750 that kicked inline-4 trend back in late 60's and THIS LITTLE CRITTER!!! The bike that made Honda what it is today...

My point is of a common man with 2kids
what would my ideal ride be like?
    it would have certain features
1: A seat extending from Speedo to back light
    2. 2 to 3litres fuel tank underneath
    3. Fuel injection / stop engine when idle
    4. At least a100cc capacity
    5. Decent shocks ( since our roads r in constant state of repair)
    6. Newly developed "loop wheels"
    7. Damper for reduced vibration from engine
    8. Smaller speedo with a fuel gauge clock n mobile charger
