    Exactly.
I can't understand the great deal about Turtle products. They're quite okay, but that's about it, not worth the hype.

I went to the car decoration shops here in multan, nowhere to be found. I will ask brasso from now on.

With time and money, will try both products. Thanks guys.

Visit a good hardware shop and ask for Brasso (for Brass polishing) or Silvo (for Silver polishing)

I always order Turtle Wax products from daraz.pk
The products are original and are delivered in a week.

    Asalam o alaikum,

Last night i purchased turtle wax chrome polish from Metro Lahore for

389 ruppees. And quality of product was real.
Then by chance i went to hyperstar, such a surprise,
Same product for 459 ruppes and quality looked fake or at least the sticker writings were not clear.

hmm - you do know that turtle wax is a retail line of products even in the USA, (translated to el-cheapo kwaltee). I find that the rouge silversmiths and even some blacksmiths use in Pakistan gives a superior result when cleaning chrome, steel or even bright aluminium. (Its even cheaper than brasso polish).

one can also get nevr dull that eagle one makes, (I use it to shine my steel cutlery) - good stuff and easy clean up too.

there was a time ' Mansion Silicon ' car Polish was exported from Pakistan to far east and considered premium item locally, people use to leave the tin box on rear deck to keep it soft. Khuda ki shan ab 25 cent ka item Pakstan mai sold at premium using blinding dust over this forum; pity.

Turtle is cheap but its not necessarily bad. Its a respectable entry level brand, its not pathetic or cheap quality.
This goes for all the manufacturers, some make some products good and others are just crap.

Turtle is pretty affordable stuff. and If the boy needs chrome & metal polish, its a good product and he can go ahead

as mentioned - brasso polish works very well and its readily available for quite less money. I have even used chalk powder to shine up chrome mudguards on motorcycles and the results were great. I once even tried used crocus cloth and it shined up real nice. coat it with an organic oil or an organic wax to protect it.

If you go to any market where some metal work is being done, you can buy the reddish black rouge (masala) that they use to shine up bright parts of buses and trucks.

what sort of scratches, are you talking about the spider web swirls that happen or is it physically mangled up.

nothing short of removing the chrome and reapplying it can solve a scratch in chrome.
