Default Bought a new battery and after 3 days its voltage dropped

AoA i own a CD 70 2005 Model. From some days i was experiencing a dead battery issue so got a new AGS battery for my CD70 as the old one was gone black. So to cut is short today i also got in same situation again battery voltage dropped to 9V DC.its been 3 days.Today went to Bike shop and bought a new rectifier as i thought may be that is gone bad for RS160.but the old one was also OK as no change is done to my bike.I am getting no Voltage while bike is in IDLE.But i do get 3V+ while bike is in 1st gear.So i have few questions listed below.

    Is my stator gone?
Is bike charges the battery while at idle?
    What should i do?

This is my first ever post regarding bike problem.

m not a bike guy, though u should get alternator / dynamo / electricity producing unit checked too...
people who use Highbeams.. once day would suffer too bigtime. People who drive slow on fast lanes, remember one day a vehicle carryin ur son, dad might get late to hospital coz people like u. underaged driving will land u in bigtime trouble one day or the other.. And the Blue indication light on ur speedometer denotes "High Beams"

Start your bike without battery and use indicator bulb (12v,10watt) with the battery terminals to check for current, if no response from the bulb then you should check fuse with battery terminal especially Fuse Terminals for deposits afterwords your magneto coil set and its wiring. (as you say rectifier is fine)

then its sure just change the magneto coil, (Max expense around 400 to 500), don't forgot to check magneto wiring coming from coil, sometime only one wire is damage.
