Don't change the cylinder just bore and install big diameter piston + valve

Brother had said right it's wise to stay from such things.

For 107 cc cylinder you need to either change rod and weight and it's bearings.. Or you need to shave piston top a bit too it doesn't touches head.

Hd 110 piston dia is 52.4mm.. Your 70 dia is 47mm and oversize piston available for 70 is hardly 48-49mm.

    You can't bike stock cylinder.

Buy 107cc cylinder available in new for 1000-1100rs and hd110 piston. And shave the corners of piston and create small pockets for valves to avoid them hitting the piston and bending when its hot as the conrod for 107cc bikes is a bit shorter then Chonda conrod.

107cc cylinder is bolt on fit to 78cc chondaz.
All 4 holes for mounting studs and oil hole and oil return path.

Dont change 78 into 100 or 110 u can change japani clutch and pressure plet then aftr then piston must be concentrated as required bore ... if u use 100cc then u must use the front spockt and drive spockt it is depend upon on egine primary gear

can someone plz tell me, what alterations are required to put 100cc piston in 72cm3 block without cutting piston from the top.

    Like

    1- honda 100 piston
2- bolt on fit block size ?
    3- rod if required ?
4- head if required, but should look same from outside in size (undercover) ?

And if i ask mechanic to put an extra clutch plate in it, can he do that.

72cm walay ma ap 110 ka block laga lain. Road price ka atha ha.

Use road price rod and weights. As they won't require you cutting piston top. Also stock 72cm stroke is 41.5mm and 110 it is 48.5mm (not 100% sure but it is slightly less then that of 78cc which uses 49.5mm).

Alao use pz22 carburettor. Genuine is preferred.

    Use road prince 110 head.

Use qingqi 100 silencer for better exhaust expulsion.
