Default Guidance needed for fitting engine to bicycle

Dear brothers , your help and guidance is needed in fitting the engine to cycle.
It is a 45cc chinese engine, avaialable from neela gunbad lahore in rs 6000. It has a clutch and a race as controls.
Made for cycles, there are too clamps for fitting onto rods nears pedals of cycle.
Now the problem is that i dont have much space in my little cycle onto which i wish to fit it.
1.please guide me bt how to fit it on the carrier (or by removing the carrier)
    2. If i fit engine by rotating it , such that its plug faces towards uppet side instead of facing to the front , will ot cause provlem in engine working ??
    3. If i wield additions rods after removing carrier will they tolerate weight of 10 kg of engine ?

    No.

Mounts khud tyar kernay hongay !

Ab ek or option bhi hai keh dusri cycle per try kiya jaye jis per engine wothout mouting modification fix ho jaye !!

This cycle will look better than "baba cycle "

Here's the diagram....you can use 86 corolla front control arm bushes as when they came into my mind then I get the idea
And in the place of u-bolt you can weld 2 bolts

Sorry for my awesome diagram + writing

very good project. will give you a lot of learning. My question is very basic. Do you think that the frame of cycle is strong enough to bear 50km/h abuse?

I had a speedo meter in my mountain bike when i was a kid . My top speed ever was 60km/h , as far as i can remb it wasnt a big deal for the frame plus i have seen Sohrabs clinging on to bikes and suzukis at 60km/h doing perfctly fine.

^^^Test that bicycle with GPS device which shows 60km\h unless it's not a sports one.
My Phoenix (having gear set installed) had not ever crossed even 40km\h on GPS.
The cheapo speedos are faulty. @Sohrab, It's called 'Baba caycle', which is quite true. It's way stronger than such bling bling bicycles.

Well the project couldnt be completed on the bicycle with front and rear shocks, because with rear shocks and engine mounts ,the shocks were under too much stress.
So i have fitted it on phoenix bicycle. I am posting pics here :
