I think this engine is from a small capacity 2 Stroke generator, correct?

BTW, I think its illegal to ride because its not registered, and doesn't have a number plate... Thing is; Any two wheeled vehicle which is motorized by either an internal combustion engine or an electric engine is classified as a "MOTORCYCLE" (Motor + Cycle, okay?) in most jurisdictions including Pakistan... And as such must have proper headlight with low-high beams, indicators, horn & mirrors... You're violating the laws with this bike, brother...

The first step towards becoming a great nation is to follow the rules and laws...

And secondly; a bicycle can't withstand the vibes of an internal combustion engine... It's a dangerous ride, better avoid it for your own safety...

And besides, you can buy a REAL Yamaha YB100 for 12,000 to 15,000 in good condition... Just survey the used bike market...

Nice work . Creative in deed . Though I have reservat about engine mounts and mechanical disc breaks could have been better at both ends. Try to get disc breaks. Easily available at bi cycle stores. But once again impressive. And don't listen to negative comments. . Our choices make us who we are

There's no rule regarding registration a 50cc engine even small 110cc trails have no registration

Legally 49cc above needs regestration . Those small bikes you are refering to are imported as kids gift items.

No this is a general 2 stroke engine with special bike mounts, made in china with full kit ..

Well Sir any custom ride which will not go above 50 KM/hour or has a small capacity engine there is no registration required for it. Even in the USA these bikes are acceptable and are running from years and years ! All those rules that apply to a common bicycle will apply to it ! The jurisdictions you mentioned about the illegality do not exist , these are legal bikes !

America kay laws parha du apko ??
yeh Florida ka law hai :50cc engine with bicycle Rs 12K cost -1693729

And secondly i have surveyed a lot, the FRAMES of bicycle can withstand the vibes of combustion engine. but yes the frame perhaps does not last longer ! the engines are easily available all over internet costing from $60 to $500 kits.

I appreciate your insight that you strive to be a better NATIONAL .

totally agreed, the first time i went on ride i made sure that the brakes work good !
These brakes are extreme. They just JAMM the wheels right there.

TWO things (the engines internal friction/momentum wastage) + (BRAKES) stop the bike.
ONE thing that limits it is the (speed itself).

Your thinking is very very good ! & fortunately i have gone through many discussions on forums .

Any one who will try to make such a bike, today or tomorrow, may read a few of RULES i learnt as i built it :

    1. Making a bicycle work via engine is equally important as its capability to get stopped via brakes.
    2. It is a cycle with an engine. a motored bike. Know its limitations.
    3. Never go for judging the top speeds. Never speed race it . After all you must know the last point where the brakes will give up.
    4. Wear a helmet .(which i do)
    5. Always have an ENGINE STOP electrical button. So that just in case things go wrong engine can be killed.
    6. Reflector stickers , Horn, front and rear LIGHTS are saviours in the dark. Use them.
    7. When it rains , slow down to speeds that the thin cycle tyres and brakes can bear . Better shift to cycling mode.

------ i shall update the latest pictures soon..

thank you. the brakes work too good. 30km/hour is the average speed i ride at. And at this speed these brakes just stop me right where i want cycle to be ! But i think disc brakes will look COOL too ;-) and they are not much expensive. i think rs 2000/pair with whole assembly kit.

Filhal i have done a maximum journey of 25 kilometers on it. the cost is about 1.5Rs per KM

As weather gets better i plan to go to a round trip from Lahore to Kasur on it ;-) Which is about 100KM on ferozepur road and add 40 KM extra for within city movements. So if my average speed it 30KM/hour. it will be about 3.5 hour journey on road and rest spent at restaurant/eating place etc ;-)
