    hey there bro..

first of all tell us ur budget and type of bike u want.. i mean if u want ECONOMICAL BIKE with the price tag of 70cc bike but not a 70cc engine, u must go for SPRINTER (ur choice ECO or NON ECO)...

but if u want to get some FLYING ENGINES, while getting reasonable mileage, then u must go for GS series (whether 125 or 150...both r 5 speed).... plz visit the following link for more help on GS series...

Well... u know liking aside i m still not convinced by the GS Series i mean the prices of its spare parts/resale/looks still if u compare it to honda in performance/reliability i think GS will be little ahead of CG....

Go for Suzuki GS 125 gives good mileage of 40+ and 5 speed

Well Moiz if ur trying to get driving plasure out of CD 70 then i m sorry u wont bcoz its a bike made for going from point A to B and its a very very reliable Bike so if its working fine and doin all your work fine then stick to it spend some money on it and it will be fine i own a cd 70 from 8 months never had a single problem..
but if u wanna enjoy the ride and also want to own a new bike GS 125 is not a bad option but its a expensive bike.. its a different class bike the engine is big so it will be more powerful but remember maintenance is also higher its not like cd 70 which will run even without any maintenance

GS 125's price is around 70000 Rs some members said its available for 68000 now but not sure.. regestration will casts 2200 Rs here in punjab dun know about Sindh.. Insurance i m not sure...
U can also consider Suzuki ECO the price is just 49800Rs and there is no vibration problem in it... its a 110cc bike..

    well said vaqas bhai..

yaar in lahore GS 125 is surely for Rs 68000...
i'd suggest to go for it if u want something different with sheer power and road grip...yaar agar bike kee normal periods baad TUNING kerwa loo then i dont think it will give any probs (like HONDA 125)...

btw if ur budget is tight then u can also consider Sprinter or Sprinter ECO...ECO costs Rs 49800 and Sprinter costs Rs 54000...
Teh difference between these two is of SHAPE, some Body parts and a very little(negligible) performance/mileage difference..
ECO gives abt 65-68 km/litre(confirmed) where Sprinter gives abt 60-62km/litre..and ECO is a bit short in market,....
but i'll still suggest go for GS 125..

Well cd 70 vibrates i bought 2006 Model brand new even this bike vibrates differently on different speeds so as some one said if it dosent vibrate its not honda :p...

Waisa If vibration is the only problem then let me tell u it might improve but it wont go away so dun beleive 100% what ur mechanic is saying..

Sprinter Eco isnt a bad choice but u wont get resale like cd 70 so keep that in mind too

GS 150 is a different class bike its not made for economy so remember that..

Well it will be a close race to but i think CG 125 will win... CG 125 is a light weight compare to GS 125 but GS is better bcoz its a 5 speed and OHC engine its easy to maintain but parts are expensive compare to CG 125...

The ride of GS should be better bcoz of 5 speed gear box more heavy and also Japanese parts used...

    yeh....vaqas said absolutely rite..

Race between GS 125 and Honda CG 125 (non deluxe) will b almost equal...but if the race is with 125 Deluxe, GS 125 takes the lead...thtz my personal observation coz my friends own all three of 'em and we have done it practically..

and believe me my friends and me too are totally convinced by the ENGINE and evrything of Suzuki 125...it has great great suspension.....very very LUXURIOUS...and 5 speed tooo..and yes it also has better FUEL CONSUMPTION than honda...my friends say tht their HONDAS give abt 40-43 km/litre and abt SUZUKI my friend says tht he's constantly getting abt 48km/litre...

and NO XTRA XPENSES at all..just get it tuned FROM SUZUKI or SUZUKI MECHANIC after every 1000-1200km and so do change the oil and it works fine...

here r specs of GS 125...

Engine Type 4 Stroke Air Cooled, OHC

    Stroke 48.8mm (1.921 in)

    Salamzz,
Well i read al of the above replies..yaar Mioz bhaii my idea was about your problem is this that i prefer that if u have low cost of budget then don go for anything just spend money on ur previous CD 70 and get it ready..use genuine parts in ur bike and assembled it again...after reassembling it will be fine..secondly if u have budget then if u want new bike then i suggest to go for CG 125 Deluxe, or get CG125 model 91, 92, 96,97 or 2000...these models of CG125 are great...if u want to go for GS series then yes they are also great but not for Racing or comparing them with CG series...as i think u lived in Karachi then u already have to know that what sort of CG's are made here and what type of quality they give on road...even GS150 has no comparison with CG's here...so if u want heating stuff vehicle then go for one of these models...

    @ AdeelMatrix...
shayed Karachi mai he GS-150 harti hai cg 125 se....
warna baqi pory country mai tu CG-125 he harti hai GS150 se....LOLZ....

Sir....ap honda se apni purani dosti nibha rahy hain..
    wafadari nibhana achi bat hai...

just 4 one time ride the GS-150... i dont say k honda is bad, even i accept that cg-125 is great machine..(my big-B having it) but as i saw and gathered info from many boys and Mechanics..all are in favour of GS-125 (Suzuki) and also for GS-150 (Suzuki), its true that these two bikes are pretty fast than cg-125, but their parts or other service should be from Company's Mechanic and showroom.

gs series also have 5th gear which gives reliability and smooth ride at high speed..
Adeel bhai 120 ka metter tu shayed alter CD bhi marlegi..but reliability tu nahi melty na...es liye gs 125 and 150 mai 5th gear se high speed and engine's reliablity ki surety hai...
(as i remebered that u have altered ur 125 from last few months) apka altered 125 bhi ziyada se ziyada 130 tak jata hai...halanky wo altered hai.. ye tu phir stock bikes hain...
any way...it will be better for moizladak that he should buy sprinter or buy some gs series bike for reliablity and quality.

Get rid of the 91' 70, add the money you are going to spend on it, buy a Brand New Suzuki 110cc bike, not bad for 49,000rupees.

thanks ... all fellow people .... but i have droped the plan of the SUZUKI GS i have a budget around 50000rs ... so i think of getting rid of my previous ride .. thats a HONDA 1991 cd 70 .. i would like to sell it for 35000rs .. if some one would help me out in selling my bike .. i will be thank full to the person ................ i thank u all for the best comments .. u helped me in making my mind .. thank u friends ...... but now i gueess i am going for a CG 125 91 ... like to get one and just overhaul its engine ..... if u have such a bike let me know ...

my comments on the new suzuki GS series is that people like those bike .. its like a cheetah just getting faster day by day .. .. but suzuki has now a good repect in the resale market thats why its not going to beat HONDA CG series .. easily .. . i guess the RESULT will be in view after few months .. if the GS market GETS good ...

    THANK U ALL ......
