    @sharp_edge
    (1) Spare parts r not that costly. They r cheap and available on every little showroom. Why u r tense about spare parts its not a car its a bike, its maintainence cost is zero and u will require no spare parts for a long long time.
    (2) About weight his assesment is wrong Honda70 is much more lighter than Sprinter. It has 93kg weight compared to 97kg weight of Honda125.
    (3) Honda70 makes a hell of vibrations if u r lucky enoughand it goes to 90-100 the engine seems to blast. Sprinter have long gear ratios, I can drive on first gear slowly in bazaar whereas is impossible with 70.
    (4) Let me make one thing clear about consumption I have checked out many Honda70s they have the same consumption as Sprinter.

@sharp edge. The easiest way to find out about the availability of parts is to go to market and check three four shops at random about the most used parts and their price, like (Indicators, Clutch and break Levers and Brake shoes, Clutch Plates, Rings and piston, Mud guards). Bilal Sb sorry i dont agree with u when u say zero maintenance. In our cities the is no chance of riding your bikes or cars unharmed. This way Sharp Edge can have first hand knowledge of availability and prices of parts and compare it with the prices of 70. u r from lahore go to mcloed road first and then to smaller markets and in the last visit suzuki showrooms. I think its better to have some work done before you purchase a bike.

Bilal sb, agree with you on the vib of cd 70 its weight is only 82 84 kgs, and true about the consumption of the 70 that is no better than a sprinter. (frankly speaking sprinter is better in consumption)

But yaar i m from islamabad. And i think that bikes never want so much except u want to spend to put something extra on it. Don't be tensed with the spare parts issue, If u buy a new bike it will run for a long long time.

    @ sharp edge!

if u had the same statement abt the spare parts an year or 6 months ago, i would have totally agreed with u....yes they are a bit costly than 70cc bikes but they are not rare...they are easily available at (not almost but most of) spare parts shops around...

ur friend is totally wrong abt the weight...sprinter is way better than 70 weight wise and hence it cant be compared with a 70....buy sprinter , have fun

    @ Dawudi

yes you can install it on ur bike, but ....

agar ap din ke time bike ko chalaty ho tu phir raat ke time use karna..because Suzuki 110 ki starting aor headlight mai battery ka bohat role hai..azma ke dekh lo..
battery down: less pickup : more usage of fuel..
es liye extra light laga lo, but day time mai bike ko etna use karo k battery achi tarha charge ho jai...

aor aik baat, battery low ho tu bike slow running per nahi rehti balky engine 2-3 jhatky mar ke stop ho jata hai..

i have SD110 Flash, and i know enough aspects abt the bike.

Salam, friends, I got my sprinter in the last week, I am happy with it. I have few questions about it. Firstly, its clutch is very hard, is this fault or not. Second, what is the best speed for running? Third, what kind of petrol I use it? I heard some kind of mixture of petrol. Waiting ur reply!

best speed for running is 40-45 km\h. Running should be continued minimum upto 500 kms.

    @ sharp edge

bhai g congratulation on getting a new bike.

For its clutch u must check it with someone who is already using a sprinter, he can tell you better if it is extra hard or routine... so you can show it to suzuki people.

Best speed during running is 40 - 45 max (with lowest rpm) since the weather has got very hot be extra careful that you dont drive for a long time that its engine may get heated up. Recommended that you change its first engine oil at 350 - 400 KM. and then at 900 - 1000 KM.

And mixture of oil is optional with following ratio
    High Octance + Ordinary (Super)
    1 Litre + 4 Litre
it will keep your engine clean, smooth and intact for a longer time.

Last but not the least i see that you are from lahore, i take this ocassion to invite you to join lahore bikers club. It would be a pleasure for us.

Well i wont recomend using high octane in a new engine simply bcoz it might produce more heat and at the moment engine is new so its better to use regular Petrol...
BTW you can easily ride your bike up to 50 KMPH the whole issue of running is that you should not over rev your engine and try not to get stuck for hours in trafic or at signals so the engine wont heat up..
Till up to 500 KM its better to ride the bike on open roads and not on conjusted roads because the bike engine bcoz its an aircold one gets very hot when you are struck in trafic or at signals....

As far as clutch the sprinter clutch is hard its not a fault they all have same type of clutch so keep using it and you will get use to it... btw it might get lose a bit after completing 1000 KM.

first of all, sharpedge and jawadlhr i'd like u people to join LAHORE BIKERS CLUB as both of u are from lahore and can join us on our GTS....

yaar the clutch is hard coz the bike is new....if u drive an older sprinter and then urs, u'll feel that everything in ur bike is harder and stiffer...dont worry, it will get better with the passage of time...

always use CALTEX HAVOLINE (costs abt 210-225 Rs depending ur relations with shopkeeper)....dont use anything else....+ change the oil filter and air filter after every 2000kms (almost in every 2nd tuning)

dont go over 50kmph for 1st 1000kms...it will add alot to ur bike's performance after tuning...

    @Xtremest
    - What about the caltex 20w-40 700ml oil available in white Dubba for Rs 140. Is it good? I put it in my sprinter last time.
    - I have heard that the oil filter works for long time and doesn't need to be replaced.
    - Thirdly I have done tuning from a local mechanic and he did nothing but decrease the performance he also opened the valves and set it. Plz don't ever go to a local mechanic for Tuning.

    @ bilal

nahi yaar i think only CLATEX HAVOLINE is the oil which is acceptable these days...which costs around 210-225 Rs...i have also determined that i'll never use any other brand except this one after my bad experience of TOTAL...

haan yaar tuning k baaray main main har aik ko yehee kehta hoon, that never take ur sprinter to any local mechanic, he'll just spoil ur bike in experimenting...
