    well guys there have been so much threads here on this topic, so a noble thought came to my mind tht i should make a STICKY thread which should discuss each and everything of SPRINTER and ECO...

    tappets are on the valves in the engine head

    mechanic told u abot Tappas (urdu word ) for side cover and u dont need a bigger battery for a small led light installed on the shock , u can put 10 such lights with ur original battery and it will be still fine

    bhai galti se Tappets keh dia. is mein itna funny kia hai. and yes light does work with same size battery. but it gets dim. i tried to instal it, infact i installed 2 side lights on the bike but when i switch them on then head light gets dim. the electrician said that i would either need to give the lights current directly from battery (which will strain the battery and lower its life) or get a bigger battery. if i made some typo then u can politely point it out instead of highlighting it like a billboard sign.

    well sorry if u got hurted although u never care abt others
    anyways i was talkin about LED(light emitting diode) lights (the white one ) the guy installed on the shocks , they are different from bulbs and consume very less power ,
    it is advised to use a relay before installing bulbs in order to prevent ur switch and wiring
    for Leds u dont need any relay , just install them directly

    small led's do not give much powerful light. although from pics this little led seems to be giving a lot of light (and also look very nice and decent on the bike). that is why i asked OP where he got them installed and how much it costed him. the two side lamps that i wanted to install had the same 25w bulb like cg125 headlight. it was like i had 3 headlights. the visibility was awesome. but to get proper light out of them i had them connected directly to the battery. as a result my battery died after 1 month so i removed the lamps for now. electrician said that only way to run those lamps without over burdening the battery was to go for bigger battery. but that will need some modification for the tapa to close. so i am still undecided about that.
    also the way i had them installed was that when i switched the headlight on in low beam, then only headlight came on, but when i switched the light to high beam then all 3 lights came on. i did this coz i didnt want to install a third button (coz that button might not be very reliable in terms of being waterproof and all).

    _i already mentioned that i have not put it (LED Light) for increasing visibility. It just increases attraction & also works as in case if u got headlight out of order.
    _2nd it was an old LED Torch, many of this kind are available in market, u can choose it and modify/prepare it for ur bike.
    _to blow BULBS directly through battery u not only have to have a larger battery, also another kind of charging system is needed, i.e in Suzuki GS, Piaggio n chineese 125cc bikes.

    @imranbhatti
    thanks for advise. u r true this round design is almost outdated. but at that time when i was searching this kind of material at Bilal Gunj, this was the only Genuine thing i found fit for. At time of purchase of bike......i thought round headlight to be more powerful than that of rectangular......i don't know it was true or not till now.....
    i consulted to Chitta Denter at Mcload road for modifications. he estimated 30k for whole bike customization(putting piaggio things on) & 15k for limited modifications. Sprinter is a reliable & Solid machine although quite ugly so at first i did decide to make it change like piaggio inspite of purchasing a piaggio. but now i think putting 30K on it is not a reasonable idea and still don't know what would be the final shape and would it works good or not.......Sprinter's engine is very good (atleast my bike, even after 3 years) working really like sprinter.
    So planning to have a new/used piaggio in several months, i know I will miss Sprinter.....

    suggestions at this issues plz

    Actually, the most important part of charging system is already present in Sprinter, that is the heavy duty coil/winding.(or whatever it is called) Because in other countries this engine comes with electric start and a bigger battery. Maybe some educated auto-electrician can check the remaining components and replace the light duty parts with heavy duty ones. If you are lucky, it just maybe one component that reduces the current for the smaller battery in Sprinter.

    AOA to all,
    After reading most of the posts in this thread I would like to share my experience about this bike.
    I have two Sprinter Eco 110cc Bikes of 2009 and 2010 models at home.
    Both are going well and very good to use.

    Advantages
    1.Wide and Relax Handle, this handle is not available in other bikes present in the market.
    2.Quick pick.
    Very nice pick I have beaten many Honda CG125's on this bike, But also lose 3 times on top speed.
    3.Top speed is 110-115 km/hr.
    4.Good fuel consumption as compared to other 100cc bikes, I think so because mileage of my bike is 52-55kms if I drive like gentleman but on rough drive it gives 44-46kms. But other bike, which is of my brother, gives more than 60kms.
    5.Get start on first kick even in winter and fog


    Disadvantages
    1.Expensive genuine spare parts.
    2.Bad rear brake, especially when two people ride on it however front brake compensates rear brake bad performance.
    3.Little bit instability in design as compare to other bikes like Honda CG125, main reason of that it has not rod which connects handle to the lower side of piston.
    4.Because of that design you can't wheelie on it



    I will share more if I found new thing about it, hope that it will help you.

    It is available at Lahore, but not sure about Okara.

    bikerb0y I read your expereince with SPRINTER ECO, and I'm planning to buy it as soon as I see the new Graphics .... SUZUKI changes it's Graphics with the new year arrival... In our city Okara, SUZUKI don't has a good market....So I didn't saw new graphics at showroom either .... So plz if someone help me with that ..... Thanks

    The new model looks like another Honda CD70 clone. In terms of styling, there appears to be no progress whatsoever. Very sad.

    There appears to be no market for people that just want to cruise on something that looks halfway decent, and don't care for pick or top speeds.

    brother i have a suzuki sprinter model 2008. 42000kms chal chuki hy or ab is ne dhuwan dena start kr diya hy. mein ne 1 mechanic ko dikhaya bcoz okare mein suzuki ka 1 he mechanic hy so ous ne kaha k ring piston dalnay parein ge bt remember 2008 mein isi mechanic ne meri sprinter 2006 k ring piston clutch plate daali thi bt result is zero fir mein ne bike sale kr k new li thi. mein ab bht preshan hun k is ka kya krun? change krwaon ya bike change kr loon. ya koi bharosay wala mechanic ho near okara sahiwal to mein ous se kaam krwa loon. bt kya karun mujy sprinter k elawa koi bike maza he ni deti. plz reply as soon as possible

    its is sprinter round lite wali nt eco
    perfomance is very well u can say it yar bht dheeet bike hy

    Aaj barish ho rahi thi, isliye maine aaj delay kar diya... InshaALLAH kal purchase karon ga ...After reading the thread .... i conclude, ECO is very fuel efficient .... Thus It might have some LESS TOP SPEED, but as compared to SPRINTER, that got good top speed like 115KM/h ... So I'll go for that ....

    mere ek frnd k pas ye dono hyn and he is in live with sprinter.. pehle oske pas shogun thi.. mene sprinter buhat chali hy and i love it
