this is some what true because I used sprinter for a while, and it really doesnt requires frequent tunings and timing adjustmens may be once in 6 months , only oil change and filter cleaning is required monthly or depending on mileage.

what I hate about sprinter is that even a small neutral Valve of carb. is imported from Japan and cost 600Rs and nuetral valve is smaller then my smallest fingers nail ... that high price of spares made me sale it ...

also he says that we at Suzuki discourage frequent tuning, no need to tune this bike as well change air filter

But at their show room and their qualified mechanic, service charges are high. For normal tuning without any part replacement, they will charge you Rs 400-500. Same as Honda people charge Rs 350 for tuning at Zaheer Autos Murree Road

Bhai if they sell quality spares,,then i think we should go with suzuki spares eyes closed..The cost factor is a concern but if you pit is against reliability then its worth it.. At least they will work for longer periods without a hunch, instead of replacing Chinese, local spares every 2-3 months.

^^ Hmm and do u know why they say that?
Bcoz company hasnt provided any technical training ebt their bikes to local mechanics... hardly only a few company mechanics.. and to avoid amateur mechanics messing up the bike they have floated the word in the market that carb does not need to be opened...

Yes ideally carb should not be opened - just adjusted, but sometimes we have to!

And Mobil oil filter is NOT fixed.. its removable and new can be installed - but our JAHIL mechanics think its an extra and useless feature.. koi farak nai parta.. chalae jao!!

Meri Yamaha Junoon k FUEL FILTER ko bhi kehtay hen k g ye filter ap na kia karna hai? Ye to 10 - 10, 15 - 15 hazar kilometer tak kharab nai hota? kehte hen tou saaf kar k laga dete hen?
^^ Halan k bike ki book mein clearly likha hai to check it at 2000Kms...
Real reason for such words is lack of knowledge and unavailability of parts with them! they dnt want u to think k bike ki tuning mein kuch reh gya hai.. dnt want to loose a customer. So they just negate the prblem.

So never go on the words of these aass-hole mechanics!

    They know bulshit ebt bikes...

    Neutral valve? Or needle valve?
its also expensive for other bikes... Yamaha one is also not cheap. though Suzuki's must be more expensive...
Im very sure that valve is not japan import... must be Taiwan, china, Indonesia import of better quality but japan printed on it.

Actually most of the Japanese co.s have their manufacturing contractors/franchise/Vendor located in these areas.
Japnese dont make obsolete parts... is tarha ki choti bikes k parts isi region men banty aur sale hoty hen

Might not be true. ECO sprinter is still in production, Raider is there. Raider is basically Sprinter standard with just cosmetics changes.

Sprinter standard is unique in terms of its round headlight, and small indicators rest is all same.
