    @ Vaqas 1..
    @ air_explorer..
dear would u like to revise the matter about the fuel consumption of both bikes..I mean u should also consider other points (positve or negative..whatever) that a Junoon (100cc) does 55 to 60 Km in a liter (most of its parts are plastic made) and on the other hand a sprinter (110cc) which is heavyier and carrying the material which is most of non-plastic giving plus 60-Km fuel average...,
and one more point which u must keep in mind that if u drive the bike at over speed or above economy speed (which is almost 60Km/h) than a junoon will give you 48 to 50 km, Whether Sprinter (only in case of over speeding) will give you 55km..otherwise 60 plus is confirmed
so you can imagine which bike is better...
i accept that junoon is fine bike but sprinter is also fine in quality and performance.
    @ xtrimest..
yar plz take snaps (with some digital cam) of ur two mini beasts and put them into orkut's profile..

i respect you sir, but yar yahan Yamaha and Suzuki (well reputed bike makers) ki bat ho rahi hai...Ghani ki nahi...
any way...here the situation was being a bit serious between suzuki members and yamaha lowers...so i think that u provided us a MOMENT OF LAUGH by posting a commercial of ghani bike.its ok...ghani ki commercial parh kar hum sab per farz hota hai ke kam az kam aik martaba HANS dein taky ghani motor bike ki soul ko shanti mil saky..
    take care...

@Alone_Munda bro,i didnt say that Sprinter is a junk,I admit from the very start that Suzuki Sprinter is a nice bike no doubt, but really have differences with some pplz saying here that Sprinter is the best,no one like Sprinter,etc..
@xtremist bro here in Karachi,i think Sprinter have passed almost 3/4 years if I remember correctly but hardly seen few Sprinters.
    thanx
Valle!! the great with his YZRM1 looks more coool!

Well Thing is plastic isnt bad bcoz the read fender always catches rust thats why they have given a plastic one which isnt bad

Yesterday i bought few things for my bike and gave a visit to suzuki showroom now things are better no more booking needed to get a bike they have like 10 ECO and 10 Normal bikes standing available on cash.. I saw the bikes closely the overall look and finish the sprinter is better..
Basic difference is few chrome parts the rear shock isnt chromed in eco.. the Air filter box dont have a chrome covers, the break lever isnt chromed.. the guy there i asked him what is the difference between the engines and he said they are 100% same no difference i asked him that i have heard eco isnt same he was like Sir its same and the fuel economy is same as well they didnt change anything..

I personaly liked finish of Sprinter normal but the round front light is the only thing that i hate about the bike hehe it looks old fashioned even if they wanna give round light they should give one just like CD 100 Crystal light that looks good... i saw one sprinter with front fender changed to black one it was looking nice.. i wonder if there is a light available for the sprinter that we can put on it..

Btw Extremist hows the Breaks of the sprinter ?

And why there is a switch on handle bar to turning off the engine ? that cant be done by the key ?

BTW as far as economy is concern i never drive my CD 70 under 60 to 65 Kmph and it still gives me 68+kmpl :p...

The reason i want to change the 70 is.

    1. Vibration after 50 KMPH speed

    2. Not Much Road grip and the ride isnt comfertable

    3. and the stupid jerky gear box :p

    4. very low climing ability and with 2 people on bike it just starts to die...
Speed costs money, how fast can you afford to go.

pra g if u post a new topic no 1 will stop u pra g ok?

    @ all
yesterday i talks w suzuki slaes officer (the same man who had dealt w me for the GS150, n now is freind)

he says zahid bhai ab Allah ka bara karam hai,
suzuki has got a new GM from cars dept.,
he is gr8 and a entrapreneur
    his steps r gr8

some time back v used 2 go out evrytime for marketing etc.

now v sit in office n customers r coming n coming,
complaints do come in eco, but these r minors n can b in cg125 etc also,

whereas sprinter is fine, people love it, its running specially n sound,

he said suzuki is changed now and their policies will be different, n in near future u ll c that the 2nd most common bike ll b suzuki,

    last but not the least:
    about gs125
he said that sprinter eco is competitior of almost all the bikes:
but the people who wan power but hav limited source for 1st time buying n spending for fuel now prefer 110sprinter, it has power n style almost close 2 cg, whereas the people who hav some power 2 buy a good bike prefer GS150 instaed of gs125
so v don find scope for gs125
bcz the sprinter 110 is covring gap v well.

n guys i think the same thing, gs 150 w its heavier image and self starting system is the prefered choiice haan.

    @ malikg

well good to hear positive things abt suzuki here...

wesay abt the NOT SELLING issue of GS 125, i think the blame should be given to SUZUKI itself.... yaar khud hee dekhoo....why dont they make some good advertisement for tht bike?

i mean they should make a separate advertisement of GS 125 and show its plus points....people dont even know tht GS 125 is a 5 speed bike...i have many friends of mine who dont know....they should make some ATTRACTIVE ADVERTISEMENT to promote its sales....
yaar itnee zaberdast bike hai GS 125 and i prefer it over CG 125 (may be CG is faster) but still i like it bcoz its something new with great design and 5 speed....

malikg why dont u talk to sales department of suzuki to make some good add abt GS?

    @ vakas!

well bro brakes are good....specially my front brake gives my a feeel of DISK BRAKE...believe me it is very good..i know its no match for disk but still very impressive in drum class..

well the switch which you are talking abt...well bro its a tradition of suzuki....Suzuki has given a switch on its right handle (above throttle) which is actually an operator or you can say IGNITION SWITCH of engine...

if this switch is off, to agar aap nay key insert ker k IGNITION ON ker bhi lee hai aur kicks lagaa rahay ho even then the bike will not start until or unless you put this red switch ON....bcoz its the ON OFF of engine..you will find this feature in each and every bike of suzuki in world...its not a very impressive feature (i mean very advantageous) but just a TRADEMARK you can say or a tradition of suzuki....but i like it coz its different...

If you are interested in buying a bike in a few days, i'd recommend to go for Sprinter, not ECO....add 4k more and you'll get a better looking bike...wesay i think you also personally prefer Sprinter over ECO

Yesterday evening (Saturday) I went to Suzuki showroom (FJ Suzuki) and as said by Vaqas bhai (in Rwp) same is the case here in lahore...things are pretty much now in control of Suzuki...Sprinter Ecos are available in large quantity but it doesnt mean Sales/Demand have reduced so much....when i was at showroom, already there were three persons,....two getting ready to get their hands on ECO and one on GS 150....and when i was abt to leave another one came...but i think he was for SPRINTER...
so sales issue is going great for Suzuki....

Finally, I got my Sprinter ECO today, Mashallah it is far more GooD than Honda70. It was a good ride from commetti chowk Rawalpindi to my home in Islamabad. Its all bcz of this forum that I bought this instead of Honda70.
Well here I want to ask some question & one problem.

    (1) What should be done in runnning and upto how many Km's & speed?

    (2) The salesman told me that there is no such thing as running with the Suzuki motorcycles and u can start "Double sawari" from here and from low speeds at the beggining. Its the problem with honda only. Because of this on islamabd highway I came on 60km/h on some places and on the average 50km/h. What do u think of this(running) ???

    (3) My Motorcycle clutch is too hard tp pull and I Hurt my wrist pulling it from time to time until I reached home. Can it be fixed so that it can be pulled without applying extra force.

    (4) What tyres pressure should be kept?

    (5) What is the fuel having Octane no 91. in owners manual its recommended. Which companies petrol should I use for my Sprinter(PSO, Shell, Caltex)?

Any Precautions I should take now with my Zero meter.

    @ bilal!

well bro first of all Congrats to ur new rise MashAllah!

yeh very good and wise choice of yours to get Sprinter in preferance of 70...

well bro you can have DOUBLE SAWAREE....theres nothing wrong with it...but make sure you dont go over 50kmph during running (Maximum) in 4th gear... dont rev it up at all or you will not maintain your bike's fuel average...

you can adjust your clutch from the NUT or you can say SCREW right on the right side of your clucth bar...see it and you 'll find it... adjust it wherever you find it best,,
but i'd recommend k abhi aisay hee chalaao...chaltay chaltay khud hee naram par jaayay ga...

you should keep tht speed limit upto 1000kms and then get it tuned...
remember change the oil first time on the completion of first 500 kms....then change it with the interval of every 1000to 1500 kms...

well i prefer TOTAL over all petrols...i dont know if its available in islamabad...but among them, i think you should consider CALTEX
    Da OnE aT iTz XtReMez....
