    @ malikg!

hhahahah yeh you are absolutely rite....

wesay i need to know how can i get GENUINE HEADLIGHT BULB of sprinter...just BULB... bcoz in market theres no genuine one... when i put a NON GENUINE HEADLIGHT BULB into it, it works great for 2-3 days...then it gets FUSED and only works on HIGH BEAM,..and after 3-4 months it dies completely... im now fed up having my headlight ON in the HIGH BEAM mode,...it also eats up battery..so i need your urgent replies...

Hmmz if ur bulb is fusin this often i think its not the fault of bulb the bike i dun know what u call that thing must be giving current more than it should to the bulb... i forgot the name of this little thing that controls voltages to everything in a bike and i thik u need to get it checked...
I rem a friend had new 125 he had similar prob but he got it fixed from honda...
2nd thing the head light or low beam in bike's bulb they are same so even if u run it on high or low the voltages are same i guess..
2ndly the battery dont run the front light in our bikes... only indicators/horn... Normaly self start bikes have light with battery bcoz their battery is powerful enough to run the front head light....

    @ vakas!

i think you are indicating to DYNAMO???
well may be this is teh problem...but i dont think it is coz since i changed the bulb,i m facing this problem...
yeh both beams are same....but as i said, the bulb works on both beams for 3-4 days...then just works on high beam and ultimately after 3-4 months dies completely...ok i'll consult suzuki abt this

Yaar I have noticed that Sprinter ECO starts very Hardly in the morning and not possible without choke while my old 86 honda70 starts up easily and it jumps up at once on the road while the Sprinter needs to heat up before running on road otherwise it starts missing. Why is it so?

    @ bilal!

    yeh bro...i know this...its not a PROBLEM...

you 'll only face it till first 2000-3000 kms ...after that, it'll be so smooth and QUICK STARTING that you'll not feel its teh same bike...

and one more thing....dont start driving your bike just after you KICK and start it,...first heat it up for at least 1-1.30 minutes with CONSTANT RACE...i repeat with CONSTANT RACE not more than 3000RPM approx (u must have the idea how much 3000RPM is)....it is necassay while running

Yes brother Xtremest, I also feel the problem is reducing with running. Is it OK that after completing 1000 Kms, I can take out high speeds from my bike. Because now I feel very uncomfortable when I see 2 to 4 kms straight long empty roads infront of me and I have to cross them with 50 to 55 km/hr.Even now I can left 70s behind at once starting from rest in chowks with me upto 50 km/hr in 4rth gear but u will feel uncomfortable when they cross u again after sometimes So,I am waiting disperately for my 1000kms to complete .

Well starting in cold u need good spark/good compression i dun know which plug suzuki using in the new bike if its Hero bilal change it right away bcoz the hero plug its a Chinese plug popular among our local bike makers bcoz its cheap u should get a NGK plug. when i had hero plug the bike was stalling on every signal and in the end the plug died a new plug people in honda told me its a bad plug but company put it in the bike and yamaha also put hero in their bikes....

Other thing about the missing well i use gtx in my bike and its a gr8 oil after testing all oils i m using gtx regularly.. last time when i changed my oil a friend forced me into caltex supreme sayings its best for 70 and right away the next morning i had very hard time getting the bike to warm up it was not idling very well in simple terms the oil was not circulating too well in cold temperature so i went back to gtx the same day and problem was solved :p
and 70 even if its 20 year old will start easily another area where the cd 70 rules 100cc bikes :p...

xtremist i had a choice yesterday for switching to sprinter but yaar just couldent find reasons to swich over maybe later right now 70 hee hai but i will keep supporting sprinter :p

on saturday ma cousine came 2 me, he took me 2 his freind (pizza parlour)
on way back i found his bike needed WHEEL balancing,
but i dove ther bike 2 wards ma home, v covered a long distance on canal road,
i found 1 thing, v both were moving that @ 60km/hr (not less than 60km/hr).
the bike was feeling gr8, no tension for its engine,
whereas on 70s 2 people don find fine when they cross 45km/hr
even w balancing needed rear rim the ride was so smooth, the bike had a gr8 grip, n its grip was becoming stronger with change in speed (positively).

well quality ...u cant say that....i think they have reduced ENGINE POWER a bit...yar Sprinter to jo bhi chalaata hai kehta hai PICK is awesome but wuts wrong with ECO then??ppl say pick isnt upto the mark...i think they have reduced the power....but i think its still better than 70...but if u compare it with Sprinter, Sprinter gets teh crown

    (1) My ECO chain has become loose, it produces noise with chain cover at jumps & little bumps, I have 750 kms on the meter. Should I wait for the first service after 1000 kms or I have to fix it immediately. Is there any damage to anything if I wait for 1000 to complete?

    (2) Whats the maximum speed ECO owners on this forum has gained from their SPRINTER ECO(not SPRINTER)?

nothing to worry about....this is common in local bikes...my bike also does this when i dont get it tuned for long (now a days it makes sounds from chain on bumps).....i say wait till 1000kms.... and if u cant wait, then go to suzuki showroom or any other local mechanic and ask them to tight the chain...

Well a lose chain can be dangerous bcoz at speed the chain may come out of the sprockets and roll in the rear sprocket and jam the tyre so its better when ever ur chain have more then 20mm free play u should get it tight.. and u can get it done from any mechanic its not very difficult in my case i do it by my self

Plus remember bike manufacturers wish that the chains should be oiled before u start riding ur bike yes every time u start riding your bike but this is not possible so u should get your chain lubed with a lot of oil at least every 350 KM and this will keep the chain noise down and chain will last longer.. u can oil it by your self every week...

U can read ur user manual if u wanna do it by ur self..
