Default Why do you guys call sportbikes "HEAVY" bikes???

Im curious because cruisers and touring bikes are MUCH more heavier than sportbikes.
For example this 2007 suzuki M109R is 319Kgs

Why do you guys call sportbikes

This 2007 honda goldwing is 391 Kgs.

Why do you guys call sportbikes

So why do you call bikes like these which are only 217kgs Heavybikes????

Why do you guys call sportbikes

i think models of sports street bikes like in 80s and 90s weighed more than dat of today's modern and nippy fast bikes.

for e.g hayabusa 1300 cc weighs i think 214 kg whereas 1993 400 cc suzuki weighs 171 kg Dry !!..as technology got more advanced and use of composite materials and carbon fiber and metals like aluminimum and alloys made of magnesium started taking old heavy iron parts..bike got lighter and more stronger than the old bikes so people tend to call them "heavy bikes" especialy here in Pakistan.
