well the decision totally depends on ur thinking....first of all, in this current era, dont think to buy CG 125 when you are going to buy a 125cc or upper class bike....GS series from suzuki is going better in all terms....
yes buying a GS 125 isnt a bad decision....but if u can manage to push ur a budget a bit more just a 4-5k then i'd recommend to go for GS 150,,,if not then GS 125 is also very good decision...btw both are 5 speed (5 gears)

    salam allll

it will be a foolish decission, like ur decission of buying a GS bike!!!!!!

but if u must buy a suzuki bike then gs 125 is a flop and its resale is also low.here in karachi, demand of this bike is very low.following r the reasons!

    gs125 weight is 115kg and gs150 weight is 119kg

there is no difference in tyres, body parts, style etc
a 115 kg bike with 125cc engine plus ur wait!! it will not give u respectible speed.honda cg125 on other hand is 96kgs. please remember fuel economy depends on wait!!
do not trust on people saying it will give u 50+kmpl.
some more problems of suzuki bikes r.....tunning should be done by a suzuki mechanic(which is costly),availability of spare parts and these parts r costly! and a 5 gear bike is not superior than a 4 gear bike! specially when it is a flop!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

this information might help u making ur decission.

    regards

dear just chose GS-125, its still better than CG-125, dont be tens or worry...and also u personaly think that how a 4 gear engine perform better that a 5 speed engine with better engine design of OHC, while Honda is using "OHV" design,
if u know knowledge and diference between both designs just serch this stuff on google, and u will know which one is better and low maintainence engine...

but Suzuki has only negative aspect tht has less market value..its a fact...so , if u want to get a bike for long term than u buy a GS-125 in this budged, and if u have habit to change bike after 1-2 years, than honestly I will prefer Someother bike than GS.

but an other option still alive for you...which is buying some little bit used GS-125, but check condition before buying...for this you can get help from some Suzuki staff member of ur trustfull local machanic..
    thanks n best wishes..

and about Junoon....no dear its not floap..
if someone says that Junoon is floap due to usage of plastic...and Cg is sucessful,,, then I say tht Honda Delux is also Floap, coz of plastic usage in its front hood..

in strength, and other functions suzuki produced a legend model SD-110 Flash, which was eqiped with front disk brake and also front head light dood..I has it.. and its 2002 model, its hood is still strong without any jerking and lossness...but i say many Delux and their Headlight hood was leaving its orginal setting.., so conclusion is this that if u want some new and fastest and quickest 4 strok bike, just buy GS-150, or if u want to get just better bike than Honda then the option will GS-125, and if u want some light weight, better road grip, good fuel consumtion, (but no competition with 125) which is Suzuki 110 Sprinter..(non eco), and abt Junoon...it is also good bike, even somtimes i personally wish tht May i have it, (but being a SD-110 owner, when I race with some Junoon, the result compels me to change my wish and still to keep SD-110 with me...

    thanks
