Default best way to complete the 'running' of a new cg125?

Since I'll be getting a new cg125 (DLX may be), very soon.
I wanted to know hwo to complete the 'initial RUNNING' of my brand new cg125.

    what are the best steps?
i've heard one should go beyond 20 km/h in the start....and then increase speed bit by bit unless one covers 1000 kilometers?

why is it need? the running?

waiting for all of U guys' wise-advice

    r u sure?
i mean, i hav heard that the individual pick/speed/personality of bikes like 125/cd70 etc depends on how u handle it in the RUNNING period.

can any other experienced members confirms this..plz

i was also foolish enough to rev my sister's Civic to 160km/h on taking it home from the showroom till something came in my way.

guys, you need to understand that these safety measures are not recommended by some road side vendor but in fact my companies who have invested trillions to supply you with your preffered vehicle so they will obviously not give any un-needed advice.

i cannot say anything related to your bike since m a complete car lover but perhaps the advice of a car's situation would help you suit it better to a bike.

whenever you buy a car, make sure you do not go beyond 3000rpm for the first 1000km and beyond 5-6000 before 10000km. this is just to ensure a smoother and longer life of the engine and avoids seals tearing off or engines dying before the stipulated time period.

best of luck and congrats for the new ride. make sure you wear a helmet at all times and no foolish stunts particularly in the middle of traffic

Well engine running is not a myth that all depends if you want to keep the bike if your planning to use your bike for year or two than ya do what ever you want nothing will happen that soon but if you want to keep it for atleast 3 to 4 years than yes you have to do the running or break in properly.

Baki its not some advance kind of engine that no longer needs break in this is same old engine that was used in 1980s 125 and still used in the new one with some minor changes.

so i sugest you should be carefull not to over rev the engine for atleast 500KM so a speed of 60 should be max for 125 in this 500KM period
Speed costs money, how fast can you afford to go.

ok, i think i'll go with the running for my new bike (after i get it).

so what do we have in running?

    No over-reving?
    with No over-speeding?

    these things and what else?

Dudes we not Talking about High-level-built bikes like Some american chopper or Ducatis,

we are discussing about locally assembled low-grade bikes like cd70,cd100,cg125etc

I am not saing that they are bad, just caz they are local, man Pakistan ROCKS!!. Its just that there's no good authority to monitor these local bike makers so they can put whatever grade material they want to put in their bikes, thats the reason of having stupidly designed all over pakistan.

and what amkes me sick is that the commomman here has no taste for good bike designs and looks, everyone would go for a GS150 whcih looks damn ugly in my vie, it head light, it desgin, body, none looks of a 150cc bike, but ppl wont give a damn about designs, thats why we dont have any beautiful bikes liek Bajjaj, Karizma etc.

if ppl had been more quality and design conscious here, we wud have much better bikes like india now.

for now the only NICE bike in view of design+power is the 125 Dluxe.
and since its locally made (not some quality manufactured bike) i'll have to complete the rnning as i am a regular student and i cant afford to change a bike every year, so cnt take risks.

thats why i need to complete the running
