    I am 100% sure about the duty.
    Its 7$ per CC. You can ask anyone from must bikes in defence lahore. They will confirm this.
    Hayabusa duty would be 1300*7$=9100$
    9100$= 9100*61 rs =555,100
    5 and a half lacks approx.

    Not sure about the freight though. Should be somewhere around 30-50000rs.
    Hope this answers your question.

    @nabeel altis

    i dont think they let you import vehicles more than 3 years old...or is that only for cars ?

    anyways here is the cost of a 2006 hayabusa

    MSRP: $11,099 * 60=665940 PKR

    now using mav's credible and simple method (thanx mav) you can find out the duty

    1300cc * 7=9100$=546000 PKR

    so the price is 546000+665940=1211940 PKR + shipping charges..

    @ nabeel
    Not very sure about that model of a Busa. However, a new one might cost you around Rs.1.6 million including everything.
    Regarding the import tax, I heard that it was $100 per cc, which means $600 for a 600cc bike. And of course 90% tax is there too.

    If the bike is in good condition, regardless if the model, you don't need to worry about the maintenance stuff. Just put in the fuel and drive. However, if the engine has been messed up with, then you're gonna get some sleepless nights.

    Whats the duty on a 1960 BMW 600cc bike? Would it be $7 per cc? Would they allow import of such an old bike?
    Any info welcome.

    @romano

    There's different percentage of tax levied on bikes. The categories are CBU and CKD. I think you might be able to import a 1960 model and get it registered as a CKD (Completely knocked down unit), for which the tax percentage is 40% (but I am not sure on this). Besides, there should be a different percentage of tax if the bike is an old model, this is the reason that people usually get the bikes registered as an older model.
