    Depends on the engines dimentions now if you want to put a 4 cylinder 250cc engineblock then that wont be possible but a cb250 or a gs250 single cylinder should be possible. fram might need a few titi bits to hold it in place and make it stronger but those engines are not huge

    @foosa

    I 2nd to Insane_Power as the Single cylinder Engine can be accomodated but as far as four Cylinder engines are concern it might not possible becuase of theirwidth,

    However to ensure the best possible solution one needs chassis of bike wid him to get feasibiltty of diffrent sizes of engines as some times the unexpected combinations becomes best suitable.
    So ur bike Chassis may support muticylinder engines as well depending on ur luck.

    BTW are u not satisfy with CG150s engine?

    I would echo the words of Insane Power. Installing a 4 cylinder engine is almost impossible, even installation of engine like CB250, etc. might need changes in the frame. You'd never like to install a new engine but lose the fairings, would you?

    i think that a 4cylinder wont fit...but the possibility of a single cylinder is still there i've seen the engine of the honda cb250 which is with the local police and im pretty sure that with a lil mods to the frame it can fit...anyways thanx for enlightening me on the subject

    One option i remeber is KL 250's engine we get fited in friends XL 250 back in 1996. Currently i havnt any pic of that project but as far as engine shape is concern it was quite identical with CG's engine.
    That might be the good option but availabilty of that engine is again a ?

    @foosa

    As per my info those CB 250 are twin cylinder & as they were given to police officers just 2~3 yaers back so i dont think that any one of these get acutioned in near future & as far as engine cindition is concern the police auctioned bikes have worst engine conditions.
    However u can find that engine from import.
