    You can lose 30-40Kgs from the kerb weigh with some effort.It includes putting away the fairing(for and aerodynamic one) the lights and indicators,chain guard,front mudguard,speedos and all meters,lighter and small fuel tanks,smaller seat but maybe not accomodating rear passenger(who races with a pillion!) and the extreme like drilling hole in chasis and swing arm,crankcase.This is a universal weight saving for formula

    Engine would need a shaved head for high compression porting and polishing job,along with a (optional)bigger bore and a tuned exhaust with a high flow filter with upjetted or flat slide carb.

    Main time is taken by engine.........Cg 125 is not in India but we have 125cc bike and though they are not raced,bigger 150cc and + bikes are raced and motors run up as high as 180-190cc are produced.

    perhaps there in india you can do that...but since we work with stone age technology...i'd really really really suggest not to mess around with a atlas honda 125...because i've seen "KIDS" die while trying to mess about with a 125...i know i know now you'll say that ur an xpert and riding for this many years but hey...same is the case with me...so i say it with my xperience...DONT TRY TO DO ANYTHING FANCY WITH AN ATLAS HONDA 125

    @Roshaan

    Don't waste money working stuff on your 125. CG125s are best in their original condition. Buy something else if you want style or better performance. And race tuning the 125 is not good, you'll get the speed but the brakes would be the same old ones, and I bet you don't even wear the helmet.

    CG-125 itself is nude itself by taking the mudguards and side covers out, max. you ll loose will be 10 kgs.
    My suggestion is to get yourself on Diet, that way you ll loose more weight
