it depends on the bike...if its a trail you need a sand/dirt tyre...if its a cruiser thing you need those big and hard looking tyres....if ur bike is sports you need those nifty profile tyres...so which bike are we talking about ?

Good topic. Foosa, Shahg is asking about the GS 150.

Now that I have it, I wana find out as well. The bike is big enough and has power enough to support some bigger tyres than the ones that come factory fitted. Especially the rear area has space for a much thicker tyre and it would definitely improve its road handling much better.

    Any ideas?

aaaah...the gs-150...well a fellow pakwheeler has put in a 4-18 treaded tyre in his gs-150 and so far he says that the bike's performance hasnt been hindered by it...

so a 4-18 or 110/90-18 tyre of YOKOHAMA, TOYO or SHINKO would be a good choice...it is also available in DUNLOP and MICHELLIN but those are xpensive

thanks for the advice foosa, really appreciate it.

I m gonna be checking out these tyres and will update. However, I dont think I will fit them out just yet cause that will void my warranty. Anybody else try any other tyres on the GS 150? please share your experiences.
