Yes thats Autogas, means LPG. There are almost two litres of LPG in ONE kilogram so if the LPG is Rs.60 per Kg it means you are buying fuel at Rs.30 per litre. The conversion costs around Rs.2000 in Pakistan.

Like it has been said earlier, bikes here are running on LPG, which too is quite costly, plus a bad idea as far engine life and performance is concerned. Also its a foolish idea to own a big bike and get CNG fitted on it.

    @ jeepholic
i think its better 2 use LPG then using cng
but as the cylinders r dangerous n open to anything so, it bcoms a bad idea, as far as Costs r concerned,,,, its better than Petrol which wil not b available at even Re1 minus the 86.79 bcoz the minister finance said that if the per barrel cost is less than 100dollats only then govt ll lower petrol rate

Why is it typical of our politicians to screw around with the public?

Khair CNG seems to be an unsafe idea. For some scary theories, refer to @Saadsmalik and ask him about the bad things he's seen with CNG- i assure you that it will MAYBE change your point of view on alternative fuels just a little bit (Sorry Saad i can't stop thinking about what you said!)

    @ jeepholic
i think lpg is better option then cng
the thing is that no proper or good kits available
n cylinders r desi n open to anything so, make it a dangferous option
whereas cost is 2 much attractive 2 maintain ur activities.
    wat do u say?
