bro last year when i was in Pindi I saw cg125 standing in parking. it had turbo charger installed. i also met with the owner. he told me that under the seat there was a nos too. but i didnt get to see that. i asked him to let me ride in within the parking area and he agreed. the bike was very dangerous. i would go like a normal cg125 and then suddenly the turbo charger hits at higher rpm and u feel so much jerk that i thought i would be thrown off the bike. no doubt the bike was super fast but speed was too dangerous for the tiny bike. he told me that he got the set up from lahore.
so yes it is possible but no you shouldnt do it !

And if you want more power swap your cg125's engine with cb180.

Some people doesn't even know the forced induction concept yet they're oh so sure that a turbo or nitro Kit will work on a small 50cc or 125cc engine like a charm! I call it day dreaming.
Even if someone somehow manage to fit that tiny little turbo in a CG, their are other so many factor to keep and eye one.
My advise, forget force induction and look for a BIG BORE KIT. I've seen plenty of 125cc bike advertisements which are bored up to 180cc in Europe. Miles better than any Nitros or turbos. BTW, "NOS" is a company name and it doesn't make Nitronus oxide kits!!!
    Peace.

I like Super Chargers better, as this time around; the fan is connected to crankshaft so it doesn't put any pressure on engine's exhaust and hence the engine can breath more easily. Secondly, it doesn't have any sort of lag and you gain the increased power output all the way through the powerband. Where as a turbo charger usually have something thats called "turbo lag" as turbo chargers need set amount of back fire to spool up. Rest of the function is the same as a turbo charger...
    Hope it helps.
BTW, a super charger is preferable on a small 125cc engine as an engine that small doesn't make enough exhaust pressure to spool up a turbo. You might blow up your CG!
Thanks bro such a detail eleboration... by the way piaggio125 mai lag skta hai ya?

Even NOS kits for 125s are available, I happen to negotiate with a dealer of NOS for small bikes but at that time I didnt had any import connection who could have helped me out but later on after I joined some international forums I found out that putting a Turbo kit or a NOS is pretty much useless as gain is to little secondly engine dies early in its life.

Bro i am not fitting a turbo charger in my GS it's useless i would rather swap a GS250 engine but as you said original is best. I have crave for speed and acceleration but after my accident i ride very slow and careful i only accelerate higher at empty roads or in very less traffic. Will move onto a bigger bike but first i have to become a experienced rider or else i would end up in a more dangerous accident

I think just add a ignition coil of small car in it, the issue of misfire will resolve and the pick will increase. I read about it in a thread on PW, in which the owner added coil of Alto 1000cc in his bike.
