    ​Hi, guys I am a great lover of yamaha rx115 bike. once i had a new YAMAHA RX115 when i used to study in fc college lhr in 1988. i had it for only two years and then my parents sold it after two years of usage that was a great bike there was no competitor of rx115 and after 20 years there is also no competitor of it. now i bought a 82 yamaha rx115 its working good. now a days there is a new bike yamaha rx135z is in market in malaysia,indonatia and thailand,they love 2 stroke bikes so why dont DYL IMPORT yamaha rxz135 from malaysia if its impossible dyl should assembled it in pakistan. i am sure if YAMAHA rxz arrive in pakistan it can burn the market and there will be no competitor of it bcoz YAMAHA RXZ is road king, I need ur suggestions plz have ur say,thanks

Then carefully pressing it in the hot barrel - once cooled it will hold the sleeve super tight like original. Its expensive but worth it for a machine whose cylinders are hard to find. (the above mentioned RGV250 is an example)

    I'll give you an example, sleeving an RX cylinder this way may cost you about Rs 7000/- to Rs 9000/- (cheaper to buy a used jap cylinder)

    The sleeve job you will get from the dumbas$ shops have port aims all wrong and very sharp edges like glass, and the sleeve becomes loose if you just heat up the cylinder with a torch this causes siezure and the wrong port aim and sharp edges cause bad compression and broken rings
    impressive dear but lhr ya khi main kon is tarah se sleeve lagata hai?

    I port the cylinder liners myself and then have a precision machine shop (not in radio pakistan lathe market) lend me some time on the presses and tooling.. i dont know anyone in Khi who does it this way other than myself.

    but believe me - once you widen the exhaust, stagger and aim the transfers to the centre and back of the cylinder and clean out the boost port, aiming it straight to the tip of the plug - the bike will scream like you have never heard before - you will literally feel it rev harder at all ranges. The inlet ports should aim downwards, for them to be effective - (remember air has weight and the crankcase port reed design uses this principle to ram air into the crankcase because air self compresses into the crankcase under its own weight - more than just suck it) - anyways.. too much, I left 2 strokes a long time ago.. its a deadly addiction.

    why do you guys use the weak and stupid looking original philips screws on the engine - put some socket (allen) screws on it - it will look much nicer and are tough, the best part is that you dont need an impact driver to remove and install, a simple allen key or allen socket with a ratchet works best.

    My RX had all allen screws - down to the last tiny button head screw holding the main gearshaft bearing - and even the little screws on the oil pump

    the allen screws are hard steel and do not round off like these soft philips screws - it has got nothing to do with performance or engine weight - its about using high quality fasteners rather than cheap soft screws that the factory did - and using an impact driver on weak structures can easily fracture them..

    btw allen screws are heavier than normal philips screws - hence they increase weight

    yes brother i m thinking to get a restored 135 bike,, as i have no time to visit markets and mechenics too,,,and the main thing of the rx is that it should be in propper balnce,, otherwise rx is useless,, i hope u catch wht i wn2 explain...
