    Default Yamaha RX115 Owners & Fan Club

    ​Hi, guys I am a great lover of yamaha rx115 bike. once i had a new YAMAHA RX115 when i used to study in fc college lhr in 1988. i had it for only two years and then my parents sold it after two years of usage that was a great bike there was no competitor of rx115 and after 20 years there is also no competitor of it. now i bought a 82 yamaha rx115 its working good. now a days there is a new bike yamaha rx135z is in market in malaysia,indonatia and thailand,they love 2 stroke bikes so why dont DYL IMPORT yamaha rxz135 from malaysia if its impossible dyl should assembled it in pakistan. i am sure if YAMAHA rxz arrive in pakistan it can burn the market and there will be no competitor of it bcoz YAMAHA RXZ is road king, I need ur suggestions plz have ur say,thanks

    Waseem --- only the seals on the top handle give problem --- the jam thing -- never happened or hard of it.

    Did you/mechanic play with the brake pads ?

    (this is KamranAslam ...Asif was using my computer )

    I too once had the same issue and the real culprit was the break pads... the new ones were a little bit more in width... so grinned them and wallah...

    @waseem i asked you before leme knw tht yr disc booster spares are complete, um asking abt the lower 1, do chek tht there are two pattries which are holding the leathers, one of them might be missing, and do service the piston also it might be rusty....

    @ waseem bhai, you can have appointments with dr.faheem & dr. Kamran to discuss yr problem... dr kamran uses to operate these stuffs eve after few days....... :d

    After all.......
    Mechanic ny brake ko achi tarha check kar lia ha aur booster ko utar lia ha aur subo wo lhr ja raha ha Butt autos pe.....Wo Disk Brake ko bohat achi tarha janta ha...GTO ka bohat famous mechanic ha FSD mein....
    He assured me that he will find the solution as Piston has problem........

    YAR i already told you the seals of lower piston will have to be replace...
    lower piston main 2 seals hoti hain dono ka size different hota hay agr ye seals lose ho jain to aik to break oil leak ho kr pads par atta rehta hay dosra piston yahan se air lay kr air tight hojata hay
    so tell me do u have found break oils on the pads or on the disk?
    is k ilawa air bleeder k bolt ko sahi tareekay se tight hona chahiy agr wo bhi lose ho to wahan se air suck kr k pressure ko bulid up kr deta hay or pressure barh jata hay or pads wapis nahi aaty

    piston ko clean kr k light buff say polish kerlo but not with wire brush.....
    or seals change kerlo.....is main kya tension ki bat hay....rx rakh k ye sab khud kerna aana chahiy coz sab mechanincs to disk bnana nahi jantay to wo bhi new experience hi karain gai to kiu na tum khud experience kerlo????

    yar this is not a big issue rubber ki seals hoti hain jo break oil ki wajha se kat jati hain ya agr break buhat arsa use na ho tab bhi gal jati hain just clean the piston and replace the ring seals......

    wohi to ring seals yahan available nai hein........mechanic kal lhr ja raha ha
    kisi kam sy......kehta ha main thk kawa lu ga...
