Default Honda CB350K4 1972 for sale

    Hi guys,

I hope I am posting this in the right forum. I have a 1972 Honda CB350K4 with original papers.

Here are its specs : http://www.bikez.com/motorcycles/honda_cb_350_1972.php

Bought it last year and modified it by putting an optical ignition kit by newtronic (http://www.motorcycle-ignition.com/motorcycle_ei_kit.htm)

I think I posted about this kit last year on this forum as well. Well as far as I am concerned, this has been a dream come true running this bike after this kit installation. What it basically does is, takes out the point system and installs a rotary optical kit on the rotating cam which signals alternative signals to the electronic kit which in turn fires the spark plugs with perfect timing...in lay man terms

Some bike electricians might call it the 'CDi system', although its not. Capacitor Discharge Ignition system is old news in the biking world from what I know.

Anyway, I feel I have gained as much experience as I could have from this venture and am now thinking of moving to more recent bikes.

If anyone is seriously interested in buying this classic bike with a trouble free new-age electronic kit installed, then please email me at umer.mumtaz@gmail.com

The answer to the first obvious question is; the price is Rs. 1,00,000/-

I have pictures and I will try and post them here

    Thanks Imran

Well I have already kept and used a Suzuki GS150 before this. Matter of fact did a Islamabad-Lahore-Islamabad Trip on that bike a few years ago..4 Hours each way on the GT Road. What a wonderful bike it is. But it hasnt got front disc brakes which i feel for a bike which so heavy (as in weight), needs to have one.
So i went to the honda shop here and they can sell me the complete front tyre plus front disc brake assembly for about 15,000
I am thinking of going with the GS150 again and putting a Honda 125's front discs on it.

BTW why dont u go for front suspension & Disck break set up of Storm 125 ?
It wud be cheap than of CG Dlux's setup & is more easy to fit on GS as both the Storm 125 & GS 125/150 shares same Chassis.

the kit itself cost me 20k
the 'custom' which was under the table was 5k
    the bike was worth 50k
the installation and fitting which took about 2 months and a lot of heart-ache i assure you hehehe...that cost me around 18k

i think ive asked for a fair price...but if you have a better offer...then i am all ears
    price was always negotiable
