    Brothers about an hour ago i just had i test drive of blue ravi strom, i really enjoyed the ride of the bike, driving of a bike gives apleasnt feeling infact suberb, i agree that bike is bit slower in acceleration as compare to cg 125 but riving it to max limit definetly it beat it. In my opinion storm is way better than dlx 125 cg 125, I really liked the bike, my next bike is going be storm Inshala.

    Hi all,
    I think currently in this thread I am the only one who has this bike. I did a littttle modification to the fuel tank stickers. I will post the pictures in a day or two. I think in the next model if they can come up with the matt black engine and the exhaust, that will look cool. They actually have a BYQ-125 which is more sporty. I'll post the picture if I found it.

    @chery1

    If you work for HKF plz tell me about the Ravi Piaggio Storm 150cc bikes ( with OHC engines) that were desgined for Punjab Police but were rejected.
    Are they available for sale or auction or you got any other info about them.

    [QUOTE=chery1;2012178]Here is the comparison:
    Honda at 105,000 has; --------------------------------------------- Piaggio at 76000 has;
    124cc engine ------------------------------------------------------ 124cc engine
    euro II emission control system ------------------------------- euro II emission control system
    13 ltr fuel tank ------------------------------------------------------ 15 ltr fuel tank
    fuel average approx 45km/ltr ------------------------------- fuel average approx 55-60km/ltr
    Front Disk Brake ---------------------------------------------------- Front Disk Brake
    front tire 17" rear 18" width 3.0 ----------------------------- front tire 17" rear 18" width 3.25
    No visible engine oil level gauge --- Visible Engine Oil level gauge
    head light not powered by battery - Head light powered by battery(no fluctuations)
    so the head light is on even when engine is off
    Rear brake shoe width 0.8 inch ---- Rear brake shoe width 1.1 inch(better braking)
    kick starter ---------------------- kick starter + self starter
    no dedicated dipper switch ------- dedicated dipper switch at a convenient place
    Dry weight 110kg ---------------- Dry weight 111kg
    Fuel gauge on speedometer ------ Fuel gauge on speedometer
    Available in Black & Red colors ---- Available in Black, Red, Silver, Grey and Purple
    Japanese Technology ------------ Italian Technology
    Top speed not checked ---------- Top Speed 130+kmph (as checked myself)
    No parking light ------------------ Parking light (even usable when bike is locked)
    Euro II introduced in 2010 model -- Euro II introduced in 2007
    shorter wheelbase than Piaggio --- Longer wheelbase and great suspension

    due to this comparison, ravi is far better then deluxe.
    first i thought taht ravi is chainees bike but now i know that its italian brand, so u can compaire itlain tech to japanese.
    now we have a option and compatatore against cg and deluxe cuz now no one can say its chineese, so we shud start buying ravi and give honda a big shock to wake them up, then we might see changings. deluxe price is a big rip off, buy bike for 86k sepnd another 4k on it and now u know what u can do with 25k left with u

    @bike_junky
    I dont work for Ravi... Im just a customer who is in love with this bike.... the right person to ask about the Ravi Piaggio Storm 150cc bikes ( with OHC engines) is Mr. mamehmood. He can tell us about those bikes. I never knew that those bikes were rejected by Punjab Police. I wonder why they rejected. Guess PP does not deserve good bikes. They are better off with Honda 125.

    i request all people to kindly consider urself while buying
    neither ask ur mechanic nor ask the som used bike seller
    a good example is that GS Carb is little difficult to handle, so a Honda mechanic wld not b able to manage that easily
    whereas a GS mechanic can easily manage a honda Carbu..
    so u can say that a Honda mechanic will surly not recommend u a GS bike, even if its 100% japanese make, bcoz he will not like to end his earnings

    NOW ITS UP TO U GUYS WHO CONSIDER THESE 2 THINGS WHILE BUYING OR PROPERLY COMPARE MANY THINGS AND THEN FINZLIZE
