Conclusion (in my opinion of course) is that the price difference in the two bikes is 29000 and Piaggio offers more than Honda. Honda has more initial pickup than Piaggio. No question about that. If you are thinking about a short race, forget about it. Honda will outrun Piaggio but if it is a 3km race, I can bet every penny on Piaggio. Piaggio once put in the 5th gear, it will outrun any bike in its class. i would go for Piaggio if given a choice. I have had Piaggio for the last 14 months. I have had no problems with parts. Everything is available and Piaggio is the more sensible buy.
