Storm 125 Resale value is much better than Suzuki 125 & 150 u can check the market
hello ! i have bought new piaggio two months ago and done 2500km .the bike performance is owesome from all aspects. a good bike in its class having very firm road grip and smooth drive . No vibration as honda is famous for. i bought it after selling my 2005 model cg125 . the difference is very much and i am happy to have it . My advice for new buyers is " if u want to enjoy ride go for it shun away the idea to buy honda now , u will feel a good difference "
First of all AOA to all storm lovers and specially Mehmood bhai,
Guys and i am also very experienced Storm user i bought my bike in Dec08 and have done more than 20000kms on it, and my bike see all roads of pakistan(In PBC Trips). Personally i drive my bike in very extreme conditions and places. Even these things i spot my very well in performance and in all aspects i was typical users of CG125 before buying storm and i never even think about any other bike. but when i saw storm its change my mind and now i am very satisfy from my bike and recommend this bike to all my pakwheels bros.

You r right and thats the reason i am interested in this bike. But what if i have to sell it three or four months later, then i will have to lose atleast 30K, which is a big amount for me.
I am interested in buying a new bike preferably 125cc or more.
Yesterday, I visited the shops in the Waris Khan area, Rwp and saw Piaggio Storm 125; the dealers were asking 78K for it. Storm 125's looks are appealing and with the self starter, price, etc it seems a good bargain; however I was cautioned over re-sales.
Here's the dilemma that I have :
1. Honda CG 125 (classic or deluxe) - booking: for how many months? After waiting for months, what if I don't like the bike they give me?
2. Storm 125 - bike looks good. Resale? Performance? Parts availability? Mechanics?
3. Suzuki GS 150 - Resale ? Performance ? Parts are expensive.
If only Honda CG 125 (classic or deluxe) were available for ready delivery then the problem would be solved.
i visited showroom in waris khan n asked the guy about storm consumption he told me its 45km/liter n here in the comparison guy writed its 55 to 60 km per liter.
Who are you to judge the life I live? Try to walk in my shoes and you'd fall at the first step. .............. ( han1911 )
1-atlas deluxe also dont has good resale
2-105k=atlas deluxe is not a good deal.
3-dont has self start
4-bad rims quality
5-same engine size wheather only addition of one more gear it means short gear ratio.
6-older version was also failed due to its phat phat sound.so atlas installed classic125, exhaust in it.....this isnt also good idea rather have to install stylish exhaust.
7- same chinese body and other parts r installed in it.
ravi,s stom has good price and if u comparison this price with this techs u will be a proud person.
1-almost same engine size.
4-same or better fuel avg
if u wanna buy a bike for long period then i think u shud also try suzuki gs150. it has older look but stylish.solid frame.good avg.best road grip.best pickup.......
in last i wanna say only this 105k isnt a small amount but atlas walon ka abhi pait nahi bhara.most of the body parts r from china......chek out some other 125,s like super power, metro bla bla.....
same plastic parts,same iginition swithes,same odo meters.same grips,same cowling,same rims,same disc servo and plate.
can atlas tell me which part of honda is into this bike?????
there r many godowns in china and also in pak they have diffrent types of body parts u go there, chose there and order in bulk u can also make ur own deluxe125.......this is the theory.
now its upto u what u decide.thanks
i asked him to have ride this bike for almost 3000km then the fuel eco will increase.
so i wanna say one thing dont calculate the avg while on running condition.coz after complition the running the eco will increase.and i am sure new bike gives best avg after getting 3000km or above.
Thanks for your comments about the comparison.
In the present scenario, I have narrowed down my choices to Honda Powerplus 125 or Suzuki GS150 as both the bikes are in the same price range. Powerplus 125 is still short in the market and available through booking. I bought a new Honda 125 back in 1991 and still have it with me. It is hard for me to switch to another brand after all the years of proven reliability and performance from Honda 125.
guy soon am goin to buy a bike. i got to chose one out of these three
tel me which one i buy. i dont care about parts availability i dont care if parts are expensive i dont care it has a no resale.
i just want performance
hi guys i sale my storm125 in 60k after 1&half year.

Parts are available from only three shops near Committee Chowk. Parts are not expensive, but "Made in Sultan da khoh" parts are not available like Honda and Yamaha. Compare the prices with Honda/Yamaha Genuine parts from Honda/Yamaha 3S shops.
Frankly, if anyone cares more about resale than the pleasure of riding, they should only buy Honda CD70.
But keep in mind a few things. Due to slightly different front wheel geometry, GS150 does not perform like the other bikes in crowded city traffic, like making sharp turns. Due to modern electronics, the performance can't be messed with, it won't go over 10,000rpm and it won't go over 120km/h.
I will repeat that it is the best bike for long distance travel available in Pakistan.
