    Both share the same 'K3' and 'K7' type 'Parallel Twin' Engine, thats what I found...
    correct me if I am wrong ?
    Actualy i just meant to compare with single cylinder series of CB..
    but not only about CB-175

    FC : u naughty dude u just made me read whole thread in curiosity

    swapping engine, you just did one evil thing ,,, Fantastic idea ..
    I want to know what about the vibrations ?
    180cc has a hard stroke, how u manage it to reduce it that a 125 frame can accommodate such engine vibration ?

    @vickytulla
    nopes bike easily hit 140km\h then is mein vibration shurooh ho jaati hai means kapnay lagti hai bht zyadah...... So in ma opinion swaping EXCEL 180 engine in CB-100 chasis is gud rather than in CG-125... CB chasis is small and small in height as compared to CG... so Centre of gravity plays important role in CB

    I am not very expert professional in engine swapping but what i see here is that,.. ky jesay mehran mien Civic ka engine liga do or uski race asal civic say kerwa do tu wo nahi jeet sakti kio ky mehran kabhi bhi civic ky engine ko wo sari facilties nahi de sakti jo civic ky engine ko civic ky body say mil rhi hoti hain,, if you put neat clean cb 180 engine instead of a modiefied CB engine I am very sure it will improve performance ...

    @vickytulla

    Swapping xl-180 engine in CG-125 chasis is better than swapping in CB Chasis....

    Reason :
    Lenght of Chasis is bigger. So the sway arm works better and u will find better road grip so better road grip means more fun no vibration and in result more speed

    @srkhoney
    The problem is tht kay u got a wrong silencer + wrong sprockt matchng..

    Following are my Questions...

    1) Bigger piston means more fuel so whch carb. r u using in it???

    2) Is the CDI Genuine from 180 or from 125 ND

    3) Is the plug coil genuine ???

    4) Valve pattern??? Over Piston means u hv to manage the head compression to...

    5) Piston top kahn arahi hai in mm. Down or UP ???

    6) Gaskit + cylinder packing ??

    7) Pulsar setting retire. normal, advance or semi advance..

    8) CAM timing at how many tooths ??? as their is no fixed timing in 180

    9) Timing Chain 100 link ya 102 link ??

    10) Clutch housing Genuine or local ???

    11) Clutch plate and pressure plate condition and of which company??? Japanese nahein chalti 180 mein LIFAN ki acha result deti hai
