Wink My first Bike--Honda CD 100--Pics and acknowledgements.

After doing research for more then 2 weeks for the best bike that suits my need i have finally Bought an AHL CD 100..The pics are attached

I would like to thank haris bhai a.k.a Hidalgo,Juste,gul_s_777,Vickytulla,Asjdsm for their precious insight regarding various makes/models and advising me the best bike that suits my needs as well is reliable.

Why i chose AHL CD 100
    1)Reliable + economic
    2)Spares/service is not an issue
3)IT Is a strong bike,it has a strong frame and its road grip is the best in 100cc Class.
    4)No vibrations and smooth ride..
5)Largest dealership/service network in my city, qualified mechanic is not hard to find.
6)Largest no. of owners of this make in 100-110cc category.
    7)PW elite bikers recommendations.

I prefer performance over dashy looks and CD 100 is perfect in this regard, and its looks are kik *** as well.

I would also advise other people to buy this quality ride if they are interested in 100-110 cc class.

Very Nice. Always wear helmet and drive in the left lane.
Speed costs money, how fast can you afford to go.

Bought the helmet at bike,s purchase.Keeping the speep max 35Km/hr and driving leftwards out of danger's radar..Bike's response is excellent as i am making sure she isn't strained in any ways..Bas i am concerned about the oil change at 300Kms cuz the dealer told me to use Honda's genuine oil to claim warranty for 2 years/15000 Kms.Also Honda engine oil offers the exact quantity of oil required by my ride i.e 0.75L.Most of the oils come in 1 Litre packages..If the engine it over filled it can cause leakage through seals and rough up the engine..

Now i am concerned only about the engine oil.

Many congrats on the purchase u hav made the right decision..
please dont remove its back view mirrors and learn to use them properly.. along with the helmet!

Regarding engine oil, id say go 4 the genuine oil without any worries.. may have used it and it works well. Just replace it at 1000Kms sharp or before. and ur absolutely rght ebt engine seals leaking incase of overfilled oil... dont do that mistake!

    enjoy! gudluck and M.A.
    Honda has best finish!

Ye buddy i know all about the engine mechanics but only for cars,,But as its Overhead Camshaft engine it is the same as my Daewoo's so i have a some idea..My goal is to keep the speed under 40Km/hr till 300-350 Kms..Should i get its serviced at 300Kms including tuning, tappet adjustment(and if you can shed light on all the adjustments require in a servicing procedure so i make sure they did all their work)/?I will definitely get my oil changed and then i am looking forward to re-service it at 800Kms(another oil change)

No need of service or adjustment at 300 KMs only change oil
adjustment will be made after 1000 KMs

I dont have much idea about Honda's first tuning...
But make sure he tightens up every nut bolt of the bike and check properly.
He should not open the carb yet.. avoid getting it opened for first 5000 thousand Kms.. just adjust its mixture but no need to open and wash it.
Just make sure u get ur petrol filled at the best pump, the cleanest and thats it...

Cash price is Rs 80,500..I would recommend most people interested in buying rides as soon as possible because the Pakistani Rupee is getting depreciated at a very fast pace. Also the government is increasing tax rates on bike manufacturing every 4-5 months.Better to buy now than later at sky high prices.Always buy Honda bike from your nearest 5s antenna dealer.

just change oil at 300 and .. at 800 only change oil and filter .. no tuning.. do not allow those monkeys to fiddle with it.. then at 2k change oil and tune it ...i would recomend oil change at 1k km but its not good to use above 1.2k km .. some say change at 800 .. while it never hurts to do so but its way to earlier... in extreme cases u can run for 1500km .. but avoid it.. manual recomends oil change at 2k km ..
